    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate controller including a joining structure of a control base body and an actuator in which the number of components is small, the configuration is simple and the price is low.SOLUTION: While a first joint flange 35 made of synthetic resin which extends in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of a mounting hole 19 is provided at a control base body 5, a second joint flange 36 made of synthetic resin which faces the first joint flange 35 is provided at a stator 20a of the actuator 20. A welding recess 39 is provided on one facing surface of the first and second joint flanges 35 and 36, and a welding protrusion 40 which is inserted into the welding recess 39 is provided on the other surface respectively. Between the bottom part of the welding recess 39 and the tip part of the welding protrusion 40, a heating wire 44 is disposed for welding the periphery of the bottom part and the tip part with each other. Welding regulation parts 45 and 46 are provided at the first and second joint flanges 35 and 36 for holding a specified value by coming in contact with each other when the welding sinking amount of the bottom part and the tip part reaches the specified value.
