    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a dispersion of generated water when the generated water is discharged from a fuel cell loaded on a movable body to outside.
SOLUTION: Water generated by fuel cell stacks and discharged together with exhaust gas is separated in a gas-liquid separator 47 and discharged from a through-hole 14 formed in a floor 12 by a discharge tube 50. A spat 52 having an almost L-shaped cross section is attached in front of the through hole 14. Traveling wind of a vehicle is interrupted by the spat 52 near the through-hole 14 and the discharged water having dropped under an lower end of the spat 52 receives a vertical downward force from the traveling wind given a vertical downward component by the spat 52. Thereby, since the dropping speed of the water gets higher so that the dropped water quickly reaches a road surface, it is inhibited that the water is dispersed by the traveling wind since the water reaches the road surface.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter of a fuel-cell automobile having superior in starting performance.
SOLUTION: The starter of a fuel-cell automobile determines the presence or absence of the starting possibility of a vehicle by a boarding prediction means that predicts the boarding of a driver (step S1); sets a starting possibility flag to an on-state (step S2), when there is the starting possibility (step S1:YES), and performs the initial check of safety confirmation or the like (step S3); and sets the starting flag into an on-state, when the result of the initial check is "positive" (step S3:YES) and performs warmup operation of a fuel cell system (step S4). Next, when a required load is present within a certain period (step S5:YES), the operation is shifted to normal operation (step S6). By this arrangement, since the warmup operation can be started, before the driver gets in the vehicle, an output of the fuel cell system after the load requirement can be stabilized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a load variation associated with the acceleration and deceleration of a fuel cell vehicle without causing the deterioration of the fuel consumption of the fuel cell vehicle. SOLUTION: This computer program makes a computer system that controls the operation state of a fuel reformer installed in the fuel battery vehicle execute: a step (101) that measures a distance D between an own vehicle and a preceding vehicle; a step (S102) that determines whether the distance D between the vehicles is longer than a reference distance D1 or not; and a step (S109) that increases the amount of a material and fuel thrown into the fuel reformer larger than the amount of a material and fuel each corresponding to a traveling load of the fuel battery vehicle when the distance D between the vehicles is longer than the reference distance D1 (S102; YES). When the distance D between the vehicles is longer than the reference distance D1, since the accelerated travel of the vehicle can be estimated, an acceleration feeling of the vehicle can be improved by increasing the amount of the material and fuel thrown into the fuel reformer in preparation to a future load variation. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor reaction force measuring apparatus which accurately measures the floor reaction force that a foot of a human receives.SOLUTION: The floor reaction force measuring apparatus 10 includes a first load sensor 14 and a second load sensor 16. The first load sensor 14 is arranged in a shoe 90 that a user wears and in a region corresponding to the sole of the user. The second load sensor 16 is arranged in the shoe 90 and in a region corresponding to the instep of the user. The offset load applied to the first load sensor can be canceled by decreasing the load measured by the second load sensor 16 from the load measured by the first load sensor 14, thereby measuring the floor reaction force accurately.
