      SOLUTION: When load data, pile data and ground data are input in a first data input part 1, a first analytic model forming part 4 forms the linear ground and a pile model, and a first evaluation part 6 carries out a static analysis on the linear ground and the pile model to evaluate a pile against medium and small earthquakes. The result is output from a first output part 8. In succession, a second analytic model forming part 5 forms the nonlinear ground and a pile model, and a second evaluation part 7 carries out a static incremental analysis to seismic load on the nonlinear ground and pile model to evaluate the ultimate yield strength and the amount of deformation of the pile. The result is output from a second output part 9.

      SOLUTION: A diametrally expanded member 3 is composed of an outer steel pipe 4 of a square shape in a plan view for surrounding the pile head part 2, an upper stiffener 5 and a lower stiffener 6 respectively arranged on an upper end surface and a lower end surface of clearance so as to block up the clearance between the outer steel pipe 4 and the pile head part 2; and is placed on a ring member 8 of a ring shape annularly installed in the pile head part 2; and the upper stiffener 5 is welded to the pile head part 2. A plurality of anchor reinforcements 7, etc. embedded in a foundation beam 11 are welded at a predetermined interval to an upper outer peripheral surface of the outer steel pipe 4. While, a filler 10 is filled in the clearance between the outer steel pipe 4 and the pile head part 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally-friendly buried steel pipe pile at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this buried steel pipe pile 1, a pile body 2 is formed of a general part 3 consisting of a steel pipe, which is formed to have a constant sectional diameter; and a tip part 4 consisting of a steel pipe, which is tapered in a member longitudinal direction to have an upper end surface 4a having the same sectional diameter as the general part 3and a lower end surface 4b formed with a large diameter, compared with the upper end surface 4a. The lower end surface of the general part 3 is fixed to the upper end surface 4a of the tip part 4 through a fixing means. A wing part 5 is a doughnut-like disc larger in diameter than the lower end surface 4b of the tip part 4 of the pile body 2 and having a hole 5a having the same inside diameter as the general part 3 of the pile body 2 in the center, which is partially cut in the radial direction and molded in a spiral shape. The lower end surface 4b of the tip part 4 of the pile body 2 is also spirally cut, and one surface of the wing part 5 and the lower end surface 4b of the tip part 4 of the pile body 2 are mutually fixed in face to face through a fixing means such as welding to form the buried steel pipe pile 1.
