Each of the shutters is obtained by forming the side surface of the shutter piece 5 in a shape wherein a projected portion 9a projected toward a food dough is formed in the thickness-directional center of the shutter piece 5 and wherein approximately vertical wall surfaces 9b are further formed on both the upper and lower sides of the projected portion 9a, respectively, and further forming the back side of the side surface having the projected portion 9a in a shape wherein a depressed portion corresponding to the projected portion 9a is formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the subject apparatus, composed of a specific constitution in which a hopper for storing powder is installed in a position at a lower level than that of a conveyor for carrying a confectionery product and capable of readily feeding the powder to the hopper and surely scattering the powder on the surface of the confectionery product such as DAIFUKU-MOCHI (a rice cake stuffed with sweet red-bean jam). CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is obtained by installing a hopper 5 for storing powder under a conveyor 2 for carrying a confectionery product 1, arranging a power feeding belt 7 and a belt guide 8 for regulating the conveying track of the belt 7 so as to extend from the bottom 6 of the hopper 5 to the upper part of the conveyor 2. Initially the powder 4 is dropped from the bottom 6 of the hopper onto the belt 7, then nipped with recessed parts of an uneven surface formed on the side of the belt 7 in contact with the guide 8 and the wall of the guide 8, carried to a position above the conveyor 2 and subsequently scattered from a scattering port 9 on the conveyor 2. Furthermore, a vibration plate 10 is preferably installed in the scattering port 9 to vibrate the power on the belt 7 in evenly scattering the powder 4 on the top surface of the confectionery product 1.
