摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to simply and quickly construct a shield machine starting and arriving wall capable of being easily cut with a cutter bit by connecting up and down wall pieces with joint levers in a tunnel excavation shaft. SOLUTION: Wall concrete units 5 are equipped with a pair of inserting arm pieces 9 and 10 having opening sections 2 and 3 for inserting joint levers 6 on both up and down of a short square columnar main body and fitting recess sections 11. The units 5 are connected to steel shaft constitutive members 13 with joints positioned in both up and down of a shaft with joint levers 17, a plurality of units 5 are connected to each other with the joint levers 6 among them to complete a row of erections, and the stage of work is subsequently repeated in the horizontal direction to construct a wall having the required width. Hoop-like continuous fiber reinforcing materials 4 are embedded in the units 5 over the opening sections 2 and 3, and each of the joint levers 6 is made of fiber-reinforced resin or a concrete member reinforced with the fiber reinforced resin. Accordingly, the wall capable of being cut can be simply and quickly constructed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of a structure and to prevent the occurrence of cracking by overlapping annular reinforcing members at predetermined intervals, and by embedding these members in a solidifiable plastic material such as concrete. SOLUTION: A solidifiable plastic material 12, 12a is placed onto circular looped reinforcing members 2 which are planarly arranged lengthwise and crosswise so as to be partly overlapped with one another, in multi-stages so as to form a structure such as a floor panel of a wall member made of the solidifiable plastic material. Next, the solidifiable plastic material 12, 12a is placed so as to be fully filled in closed spaces 16 among the reinforcing members and closed spaces 17 in parts which are formed by overlapping the circular looped reinforcing members 2 which are vertically adjacent to one another, with one another. Thereby, the solidifiable plastic material 12, 12a is constrained by the reinforcing members 12 so that the structure is reinforced uniformly in all directions so as to have a strength larger than a conventional structure, thereby it is possible to prevent the occurrence of cracking.

After the reinforcing inner sheath pipe 5 is inserted to the inside of the lower steel pipe pile 1 and upper steel pipe pile 3, the bolt 11 with hole is passed through each round hole 8, 9 in the lower steel pipe pile 1 and upper steel pipe pile 3, and further screwed into the screw hole 7 of the reinforcing inner sheath pipe, whereby the reinforcing inner sheath pipe 5 is fixed to the joint part between the lower steel pipe pile 1 and upper steel pipe pile 3.

The steel 7 is extended to the concrete slab 5 side, and the concrete 3 of the wall 4 and the concrete 16 of the concrete slab 5 are placed. The strength and rigidity of the corners can thus be greatly raised.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of members and enable edges to be readily pressed into the ground by using box-shaped steel sheet piles which have double arm couplings and edged end faces, as members by which a double body shell is formed as a shield edge. CONSTITUTION:Box-shaped steel sheet piles (1a), each of which has double arm coupling 5a to 5d and edged end faces, are engaged with each other by means of their couplings to form a double body shell. The double body shell is next pressed into the ground 13 as a shield edge 9. Box-shaped steel sheet piles (1a) each comprising inner and outer arms 6a to 6d which include double arm couplings 7a to 7d having set length capable of forming a double body shell and formed in such a manner as being bent downwards, are engaged with each other by means of their couplings to form a circular double body shell. Hence less members are needed and the method is suitable for drilling a short-distant tunnel or a small-sized underground space and can be carried out economically.
