    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll-supporting device in a molten plating bath, which shows a small coefficient of friction in the molten plating bath, and enables a roll to be stably used in a state of keeping the high positional precision of the shaft for a long period of time.
      SOLUTION: The roll-supporting device in the molten plating bath includes: a roll 1 which is provided in the molten plating bath; a rolling bearing 3 which rotatably supports a roll shaft 2 of the roll 1; a roll-supporting member which supports the rolling bearing 3; a wall part 6a which surrounds the periphery of the roll shaft 2; and a disc-shaped sealing member 4 that has the inner circumferential part fixed to the roll shaft 2, has the outer circumference side slid on the wall part 6a as a sliding part, and has an aperture formed in its central part. The sliding part of the sealing member 4 is pressed toward the slide opponent side by a static pressure in the molten plating bath. The sealing member 4 is constituted by cloth-shaped metallic fiber having heat resistance and flexibility; has a thickness of 0.2-5 mm; has a width of twice to 5 times of the thickness, which is a difference between the outer circumference and the inner circumference; and has an elongation controlled to 2% or more in a temperature range between 400 and 700°C.

A heating means for heating the working gas is provided in a cold spray nozzle, or to a part in which the pressure of the working gas is high within working gas piping between the nozzle and a compressor.

It is desirable that the means for measuring the mass% of the adherent elements is fluorescent X-ray analysis.

The cold spray film has a void ratio of 2% or less, a metal oxide content of 0.001 to 1%, and an electric conductivity of not less than 90% of that of the raw material powder. The method for producing the cold spray coating film forms the film using the cold spray nozzle by colliding the raw material powder of a solid phase against a substrate with a supersonic operating gas having a temperature of not lower than the room temperature and not higher than the melting point or not higher than the softening temperature of the raw material powder.
