      SOLUTION: A plurality of permanent-magnet motors has a stator provided with concentrated winding at a rate of number of stator slots to number of rotor magnetic poles as 3:2 and Y-connected in three phases. Two phases of the windings of a plurality of the permanent-magnet motors are connected in parallel, and a magnetizing current is passed through these windings by a magnetizing power supply in two processes. Thus, the permanent-magnet materials of the rotors in a plurality of the permanent-magnet motors are magnetized simultaneously.
