CONSTITUTION:A catheter 1 is formed so that the memory outer diameter of a leading end part 2 is preset slightly larger than that of other part so as to make the outer diameter of the leading end part 2 on an insertion side after the finish of the insertion into a human body larger than that of a memory shape of a part other than the leading end part 2. This catheter has a fine diameter at temp. restoring the memory shape or lower and becomes a preliminarily stored shape, that is, changes from the fine diameter before restoration to a large diameter when it is heated by bodily temp. Since the catheter has a large diameter after the finish of insertion, functional deterioration such as a lowering of an injection/suction amount per a time of a liquid is not brought about.

CONSTITUTION:A pellet-like halogen-containing polymer (preferably a size of 1.5-3.0mm major axis and 1.2-2.5mm minor axis) and an organic liquid additive having 7-11 solubility parameter are stirred in a high-speed stirring device at a high speed so as not to fuse the surface of the pellet-like polymer by friction and collision of the pellet-like halogen-containing polymer without mutually fusing the polymers. Thereby, the additive is diffused and permeated into the interior of the polymer. The high-speed stirring is carried out by using a heavy- duty eddy current mixer, air mixer, etc. The organic liquid additive is used in an amount within the range of 2-10 pts.wt., preferably 4-8 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. halogen-based polymer.

This resin composition can be suitably used as, especially, a composition for coating wires of aircraft.
