摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inner layer part and an outer layer part from idling to each other or the outer layer part from being deviated, if these layer parts peel off each other at the interface by providing a helical groove in the peripheral faces of the inner layer part. SOLUTION: This two-tier structured roller has an inner layer part 2 of hard synthetic resin with helical grooves 2a formed on the peripheral face and a coated outer layer part 3 of soft synthetic resin formed on the outer periphery of the peripheral face of the inner layer part 2. In this case, a two-tier structured synthetic resin bar is extrusion-molded by wrapping the outer periphery of the inner layer part 2 with plural grooves 2a formed on the peripheral face passing through the inner diameter of a nipple with the outer layer part 3 using a two-tier simultaneous extrusion molding machine. This synthetic resin bar is cured with the help of a long land die and is give torque by a rotation imparting machine.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a resin material suitable as an electric wire-coating material having improved crack resistance by compounding phenylene oxide polymer with a specific amount of styrene-olefin-styrene block copolymer and subsequently crosslinking the prepared composition. Furthermore, through varying the distance (d) between the inner diameter of a bushing 1 in the die and the outer diameter of the mandrel 2, the wall thickness (b) among the apertures 31, 41, 51 in the multiple aperture tube 6 of an object is controlled. As a result, the alteration of an aperture diameter ratio and an external form can be performed more widely.

Employed as the polyphenylene oxide, can be a material having an average grade or otherwise blended with another organic polymer. A raw material somewhat bigger than the roll 1 is manufactured by extruding this material. Then, polishing is performed until the surface 2 becomes a highly smooth surface having less than 2mum roughness after machining the rotary shafts 3 on both end portions of the roll.
