    • PURPOSE:To accomplish a high frequency heating device having good effect of preventing leakage of electric waves by furnishing a metal plate arranged with a space to an electric wave sealing structure, and installing a plurality of specific metal couplings which couple this metal plate with the electric wave sealing structure, etc. CONSTITUTION:Metal couplings, i.e., motor cut-and-raise parts 13, are installed on a metal plate, i.e., motor mounting plate 10, which is arranged with a space reserved to an electric wave sealing structure and on which a motor 9 to rotate a shaft 3 is mounted, and thereby contacting with the electric wave sealing structure is achieved. The gap size (a) between the cut-and-raise parts 13 shall be substantially below a quarter wavelength of the high frequency wave used, and about the circumferential direction of the shaft 3, leakage of electric waves to outside is lessened by preventing the max. point in electric field distribution from intruding into the gap, while electric waves are shut off by the motor mounting plate 10 about the axial direction of the shaft 3. This embodies a high frequency heating device equipped with good effect of preventing leakage of electric waves.

    • PURPOSE:To enlarge or reduce the magnitude of an object and to suppress the partial deterioration of the sensitivity of the target of an image pickup tube by providing a circuit to simultaneously change the vertical directional scanning range and the horizontal directional scanning range of an electron beam to scan on the target of the image pickup tube in the same ratio, and automatically restoring the changed ranges to the maximum scanning ranges when a line is disconnected. CONSTITUTION:The vertical directional scanning range and the horizontal directional scanning range in which the electron beam scans on the target can be simultaneously changed in the same ratio by simultaneously changing the respective currents generated in a horizontal deflection circuit 7 and a vertical deflection circuit 8 in a scanning range control circuit 24. Thus, it becomes possible to continuously enlarge/reduce the magnitude of the object to be projected in according to necessity. Further, even when the electron beam is still converged for a standard state in the scanning range control circuit 24, if only the disconnection of the line is detected by a line status detecting part 25, the line is automatically restored to the standard state.

When the power supply is stopped, the switch circuit 14 is operated by the switching power source circuit 12, the cartriage arm 3 is retracted to the loading position by a power supplied from the driving power source circuit 16, the brake circuit 13 is operated, the spindle motor 11 is stopped, a locking mechanism is operated and the negative pressure slider is released from a floating state.

    • PURPOSE:To let a slider float on a magnetic disk well even when a dimension between respective parts is made different by comparing the size of a stored reproducing output with the size of a read reproducing output and transmitting a prescribed signal to a control means. CONSTITUTION:When a slider 3 enough approaches so as to float on a magnetic disk 6, the size of the reproducing output from a magnetic head to be inputted to a reproducing output comparing circuit 10 is larger than the size of the reproducing output stored in the internal memory of the reproducing output comparing circuit 10, and the reproducing output comparing circuit 10 transmits the signal to a controller 11. When the signal is inputted, the controller 11 immediately outputs a signal to stop the drive of a current generating circuit 7 to a time adjusting circuit 8 and a current value adjusting circuit 9 so that a flexure pressing member 4 can not be moved toward the magnetic disk 6 any more and that any current can not flow to the flexure pressing member 4.
