      SOLUTION: A washing machine case 1 which houses a water tank 4 incorporating a rotating drum 5 for holding laundry and has an opening 2 for inputting the laundry and a lid unit 3 which opens and closes the opening 2 are provided, the lid unit 3 has a lid body 8, a lid cover 11 and a decorative sheet 12 and the lid cover 11 is supported between the lid body and the decorative sheet 12, then, a material with a sufficient paint adhesiveness, such as ABS or the like, can be used for the decorative sheet 12 and the appearance can be improved, furthermore, if the material which is chemical resistant, has creep strength and mechanical strength is used for the lid body 8, the lid organization can be resistant to chemical damage and has sufficient strength.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclined drum type washing machine capable of sufficiently dissolving a detergent in detergent-mixed water with the detergent mixed in water by agitating the detergent-mixed water with the rotation of a rotary drum without leaving the detergent in the detergent-mixed water at a specific position.
      SOLUTION: The rotary drum 5 and a water tub 3 in which the rotary drum is stored are disposed inside a washing machine casing 2 in such a way that the rotating shaft center R of the rotary drum 5 is inclined upward on the front side, and a water storage space is formed on the lowest part of the water tub 3 in such a way that the bottom is approximately horizontal. A drain 22 is opened at the lowest point on the bottom, and a heater 11 is stored approximately parallel to the bottom to form a washing water heating tub 10. When the detergent-mixed water is fed from a water supply port 9 disposed near the upper back side of the water tub 3, the detergent-mixed water flows into the washing water heating tub 10, and the detergent is collected on the bottom. An eddy current is generated inside the washing water heating tub 10 by the rotation of the rotary drum 5 and the detergent and water are strongly agitated, so that the washing water with the detergent sufficiently dissolved in water can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting and demounting of a kneading container and to facilitate maintenance thereof by a method wherein the mounting width of the front part of a kneading container catching part in a heating chamber is increased to a value higher than that of a rear part, the foot part of a kneading container is formed in the same shape as that of the catching part, protrusion parts are formed on the kneading part, and bored hole parts are formed in the catching part in the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:The mounting width on the front side of a catching part 3 in a heating chamber is increased to a value higher than that on the rear side, a foot part 2 of a kneading container 1 is formed in the same shape as that of the catch part. Bored holes 12 in which protrusion parts 4 for engagement of the foot part 2 of the kneading part is inserted are formed in the catch part 3, and after the protrusion parts 4 are inserted in the bored hole parts 12, a magnet 13 embedded in the catch part 3 is attracted to a metallic plate 14 of the foot part to secure the container. Thereby, during the initial stage of mounting of the kneading container 1, a surplus margin is provided between the catch parts 3 and the container 1, and even when the kneading container is readily mounted without conforming the position of the catch parts 3, by gradually progressing insertion, a gap between the catch parts 3 and the container 1 is decreased, and at a point of time when mounting is completed, the container can be secured to the catch parts 3. This constitution enables simple mounting and demounting of the container.
