    • PURPOSE:To enable using of a waste material by reducing a resin material cost and energy cost, by a method wherein the second injection unit is caused to perform injection action, injection is performed in parallel with continuing injection action of the first injection unit, then the injection action of the second injection unit is suspended and the inside of a mold is filled with remaining molten resin from the first injection unit. CONSTITUTION:A pellet material in the first injection unit 15 and a powder resin material in the second injection unit 16 are plasticized. Then an outer passage 8 is opened, molten resin is filled partly within a mold by causing the first injection unit 15 to perform injection action, an inner passage 9 is opened during the foregoing injection action, the second injection unit 16 is caused to perform injection action and injection is performed in parallel with the continuing injection action of the first injection unit 15. After that, infection by only the second injection unit is performed, the first injection unit 15 is caused to perform the injection action again during the injection and the injection action is performed in parallel with the continuing injection action of the second injection unit 16. Then the injection action of the second injection unit 16 is suspended, the inner passage 9 is closed and the remaining molten resin is filled into the mold from only the first injection unit 15 where the injection action is performed away.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce an energy loss by improving production efficiency, by a method wherein two hydraulic pressure generating sources are provided and various operations are made possible with actions of one side or both the sides and a changeover of two solenoid valves. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic unit of a twin-screw injection molding machine is provided with the first and second hydraulic pressure generating sources 8, 10. The hydraulic pressure generating source 8 is connected by the ramified first main circuit 12 with an inlet port 31 of a hydraulic motor 3 of a screw 1 of the first injection unit A, a doorway port 21 of an injection cylinder 2 and a doorway port 71 of an injection cylinder for opening and closing of a mold. On the one hand, the second hydraulic pressure generating source 10 is connected by the second main circuit 13 with the second injection unit B. Then kinds of operations become possible with one side or both the side actions out of the hydraulic pressure generating sources 8, 10, a changeover of two way port solenoid valves 19, 20 and opening and closing of valves of branch pipes of the main circuits 12, 13. With this construction even if the one side hydraulic pressure generating source is broken down, the other side hydraulic pressure generating source can be actuated and in the case where only the one side injection unit is operated, only the one side hydraulic pressure generating source can be actuated and the other side one can be suspended.
