    • PURPOSE:To obtain a gripper having an insulating action without using an insulator by providing a through-hole in a member in front of a shaft, in the rear of a part in contact with an object to be gripped on a pair of fingers that are oppositely arranged to be freely opened/closed through a shaft, and making the cross-section smaller than the front and the back members. CONSTITUTION:When a rod 5 is advanced from a retreated state making fingers 1 from an open state to a closed state by means of a link mechanism, and gripping a high temperature object 11 to be worked, the heat of the object 11 is transferred to the fingers 1 through the surface in contact with the object 11. With the transferred heat to the fingers 1 reaching a hole 10 working part, the cross section of the fingers 1 is rapidly reduced, making the heat difficult to transfer to the rear part from the hole 10. Simultaneously with this adiabatic effect, the fingers 1 are drilled with the hole 10, which expands the contact area with the atmosphere, enabling the heat contained in the tip end of the fingers 1 to radiate to the outside air. Thus, by drilling the hole 10 on the fingers 1, a heat insulating effect and a heat radiation effect are simultaneously obtained, and the main body of a feeding device is thereby protected from heat.

    • PURPOSE:To lessen the brush replacement frequency to enable continuous operation by comparing the set value of cut-in frequency stored beforehand in a memory with the value of the cut-in frequency now value counter to thereby judge that the service life of a brush is terminated to stop the operation. CONSTITUTION:The frequency of deburring is counted by a deburring frequency present value counter. Then, the set value of the deburring frequency stored beforehand in a memory is compared with the value of the deburring frequency present value counter. When both become equal to each other, a rotary brush 9 is lowered by operation of a raising/lowering servo-motor. The frequency with which this lowering operation has been performed is counted by a cut-in frequency present value counter. Next, the set value of the cut-in frequency stored beforehand in a memory is compared with the value of the cut-in frequency present value counter. When both become equal to each other, this is judged as indicating the termination of service life of a brush 9, thus stopping the operation.

Next, when the handling arm 5 left at this position is somewhat elevated, the tool 4 is withdrawn from a tool keeping hole 9a while communicating to the hollow portion adjacent a notch provided therein, so that the tool 4 can be taken out to the hollow side without being elevated a distance corresponding to the total length of tool 4. When the tool 4 is kept in the tool keeping hole 9a, the operation can be similarly completed without interfering with constitutional members by a slight vertical movement of tool.

CONSTITUTION:When an endless chain 9 revolves continuously, a chain wheel 10 allows an operation piece 12 to pass in front of an approach switch 15 at an intervals of a prime number P2 for a chain pitch number P1, and excites an electromagnetic actuator 16. The oil feeding pump 17 of a lubricating apparatus 19 feeds the lubricating oil in an oil tank 18 into the chain 9 each time when the actuator 16 is excited. During the time when the chain repeates revolution by the amount P2, the pump 17 feeds oil P1 times at an equal intervals, and the lubrication for all the pitch of the chain 9 is uniformly executed. An electronic pulse counter for detecting the revolution of the chain 9 may be used in substitution for using the chain wheel 10, operation piece 12, and the switch 15 as operating means.

CONSTITUTION:When lubricating oil is sucked into the cylinder 14 and the cylinder is moved to the right, the piston 15 is abutted against the adjusting rod 11, a volume in the cylinder 14 is contracted and the lubricating oil is ejected to the outside of the support cylinder 8 through the non-return valve 22 of the oil injecting port 13. When the cylinder 14 contacts with a retaining ring 10, the cylinder 14 is returned and blocked by the non-return valve 22, thereafter, continues to return under compressing a spring 17. When the suction port 18 and the introducing port 12 are communicated, the lubricating oil is induced into the cylinder 14 by the spring 17 and the piston 15. The minute adjustment of piston stroke may be effected by moving the screwed position of the adjusting rod 11 with the support cylinder 8 even during the operation of the cylinder 14 and the piston 15, therefore, thereby the proper adjustment of the suction and delivery amounts of the lubricaring oil may be effected even under the operation of the pump.
