    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method capable of steadily and efficiently performing the anaerobic treatment of oils and fats containing wastewater and oils and fats containing waste by optimally controlling a methane fermentation reaction which is a total result of co-work by many kinds of microorganisms, and to provide a cleaning process and a cleaning device used for the cleaning method. SOLUTION: In one embodiment of this invention, the anaerobic treating process of the oils and fats containing polluted materials is characterized in that the concentration of propionic acid in sludge in a reactor is monitored and that fumaric acid is added according to the monitored concentration of propionic acid in the anaerobic treating process of the oils and fats containing polluted materials.     • PURPOSE:To provide a cell culture tank which prevents the cells from being broken by a strong stress, can culture the cells growing in a fibrous form without pellet formation or lumping, and can prevent the cells immobilized to the support from being peeled off. CONSTITUTION:In a culture tank for mammalian or plant cells and/or cells of microorganisms, the culture tank is provided with a stirring mechanism which can arbitrarily vary the liquid flow rate and turn the flow direction. The mechanism is a cage type of rotor 2 in which the screw blades 10 fitted to the rotation shaft 3 for the rotor and the peripheral blades 9 have the structures to cause the flows reverse to each other. It is preferred that the cell culture installation is provided with a means for observation of the cell conditions and a system for controlling the flow rate and/or the flow direction of the stirring mechanism on the basis of the observation.

In the microchip 9, a high-voltage introduction terminal for applying a voltage to the buffer solution in the reservoir 10 is arranged. A packing for holding a solution on the position of the reservoir 10 is stored by an upper plate and a lower plate having a hole penetrating vertically. The apparatus has a structure wherein the high-voltage introduction terminal and a temperature control mechanism are integrated, and the temperature control mechanism has a contact with a part whose temperature is to be adjusted by using a plate spring, and the high-voltage introduction terminal is arranged in the packing.
