    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-profile electrical junction box which does not need intermediate terminals for the connections between the conductor parts of a circuit board and electrical components. SOLUTION: In an electrical junction box, conductor parts 4 and 5 are fixed to the surface of a circuit board 3 made of electrical insulating material, an upper cover 6 and a lower cover 7 which cover the circuit board 3 are provided on both the upper and lower sides of the circuit board 3, electrical components 8 such as relays are provided on the upper side of the upper cover 6 and the circuit board 3, and the covers 6 and 7 and the electrical components 8 are housed in case members 1 and 2. Insertion holes 7a, into which both the terminals 4a and 5a of the conductor parts 4 and 5 and the terminals 8a of the electrical components 8 are inserted, are formed in the lower cover 7. The terminals 4a and 5a of the conductor parts 4 and 5 and the terminals 8a of the electrical components 8 are made to protrude from the insertion holes 7a and are connected directly to each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in the power consumption of a blower in a cooling device for a vehicle using a cross flow fan. SOLUTION: An opening 611 for allowing a part of travel wind flowing toward the blower 6 to escape outside a casing 61 is provided in a position on the more upstream side of air flow than a stabilizer 610 of the casing 61 in the cooling device for the vehicle which has the blower 6 to be the cross flow fan. Since the travel wind to flow into an area A for hindering rotation of an impeller 60 escapes through the opening 611, an increase in the power consumption of an electric motor 62 is suppressed. A decrease in the volume of wind passing a heat exchanger is slight even when a voltage of the electric motor 62 is reduced with the opening 611 opened in a high vehicle speed area where ram pressure becomes high, so that the power consumption of the electric motor 62 is decreased by reducing the voltage of the electric motor 62 in the high vehicle speed area.
