      SOLUTION: The base isolation device includes an upper supporting shaft 7 supported on a universal supporting section 6 of a skeleton side 2 in a rotatable manner and an intermediate supporting body 10 having a disc-like section 11 movably provided along the axis of an upper supporting shaft 9 supported on a swivel supporting section 8 of the ground side 4 in a rotatable manner, an upper supporting body 12 placed between the disc-like section 11 of the intermediate supporting body 10 and the skeleton side 2 and a lower supporting body 13 placed between the disc-like section 11 of the intermediate supporting body 10 and the ground side 4, and at least one of the upper supporting body 12 and the lower supporting body 13 is made to come into contact with supporting surfaces 14 and 15 formed in the disc-like section 11 of the intermediate supporting body 10 to enable it to make relative displacement. The supporting surfaces can be formed on the upper supporting side 12 or the lower supporting body side 13. The supporting shafts 7 and 9 can be formed into one.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout-filled reinforcement joint used in joining reinforcement end parts such as a shearing reinforcing bar in a superposed state and reducing the size and weight, and a reinforcement joining method using this joint.
      SOLUTION: A joint body 2 is a cylindrical body of a cross-sectional almost rectangular shape, and its lumen part 8 is divided into two parts by a wall-like part 7 arranged in the lengthwise direction. A plurality of circular arc-shaped projections 9 are respectively arranged at a prescribed interval in the lengthwise direction on an inner peripheral surface of the respective divided lumen parts 8a and 8b for receiving a joining reinforcement. These circular arc-shaped projections 9 are formed almost along a peripheral surface except for a part of the wall-like part 7, and are low in the projecting height on the side of one flat part 22a, and the base part vicinity of the corresponding part side wall-like part 7 swells outside more than a circle, and becomes a passage 81 of a grout material.The reinforcement is inserted into the respective divided lumen parts 8a and 8b from both end opening parts, and the grout material is injected from an injection hole arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the joint body 2.

SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar cap 1 comprising a synthetic resin or the like comprises a cylindrical body 2 whose one end is opened, and a head part 3 covering an upper end, and a plurality of slipping-off stop pieces 9 are radially provided on the open end. Next, before the cap 1 is covered on a reinforcing bar 10, the slipping-off stop piece 9 is folded in the inside as shown by an arrow C, and inserted in the edge part of the reinforcing bar 10 in this state. Next, the slipping-off stop piece 9 is pushed to be bent in the direction of the insertion of the reinforcing bar 10, smoothly slid and contacted while it is press-contacted on the side of the reinforcing bar 10, which is advanced into the inside, the edge part of the slipping-off piece 9 is locked on the side of the reinforcing bar 10 for drawing from the reinforcing bar 10, and the operation of the direction of slipping-off from the reinforcing bar 10 is suppressed. Thereby since large locking force can be formed, the cap can be prevented from slipping off, and sufficient holding force can be secured for the reinforcing bar of a small diameter.
