    • PURPOSE:To prevent a floor panel from moving horizontally even when a building horizontally shakes by screwing a tap bolt into the female screw part of the upper jaw member of an alligator fixture, and bringing the tap bolt into contact with the upper horizontal flange of a steel beam. CONSTITUTION:An upper horizontal flange part 12 is fitted into an alligator fixture 13. and both are loosely fitted. The fixture 13 is horizontally shifted and positioned at the lower cutout part 19 of floor panel 18. A tap bolt 15 is then screwed on the base end head part 15b side with a female screw pa 11 provided at the upper jaw member 14a of the fixture 13, and fastened until the tip 15c of the tap bolt 15 comes in contact with the upper horizontal flange part 12 of a steel beam 11. The upper jaw member 14a of the fixture 13 is thereby pushed upward, and at the same time, lower jaw member 14b is completely locked to the flange part 12. The vertical and horizontal movement is thereby impeded even though receiving external force so as to be able to display the effect of not moving horizontally even when a building horizontally shakes.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the cracking of a wall panel at an earthquake by placing a plate inclusion the surface roughness of which is higher on the surface side than the reverse side on a dead weight receiving metallic material, and placing and fixing an ALC wall panel thereon. CONSTITUTION:A plate inclusion the surface roughness of which is higher on the surface side than the reverse side is placed on and temporarily fixed onto a dead weight receiving metallic material 10 mounted on a skeleton. A lightweight foamed concrete wall panel 16 is placed on the dead weight receiving metallic material 10, and fixed to the skeleton. When a building is vibrated by an earthquake, the plate inclusion 12 is slid on the dead weight receiving metallic material 10 before the lower butt end of the wall panel 16 is slid on the plate inclusion 12. Thus, the collected load of the dead weight receiving metallic material 10 is prevented from being added to the lower butt end surface of the wall panel 16, and the cracking of the wall panel 16 is consequently prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce time of start-up and suppress fluctuation of rotational speed by accelerating a hydraulic motor by means of a hydraulic pressure generation device, correcting an output so as to set the detected rotational speed within an allowable deviation in respect to a preset value when the output reaches a preset value, and rotating the hydraulic motor with constant speed. CONSTITUTION:When a starting signal is confirmed, a hydraulic motor 7 is started and an acceleration pattern I is executed. This pattern is set with loose inclination so as to soften shock in an initial period of the start-up. When rotational speed of the hydraulic motor 7 reaches a preset acceleration changeover point, an acceleration pattern II is executed. This pattern is set with steep inclination so as to reduce the time of start-up. In the case that an output of a hydraulic pressure generation device 13 reaches a preset value, the rotational speed of the hydraulic motor 7 is detected by a rotation detector 14. When the rotational speed is within an allowable deviation of the preset value, correction is conducted so as to increase the output of the hydraulic pressure generation device 13. After obtaining the value within the allowable deviation, it goes to a constant speed rotation sub-routine. It is thus possible to reduce the time of start-up, and suppress fluctuation of the rotational speed at the time of the constant speed rotation thereafter.

    • PURPOSE:To keep a high dephosphorization rate over a long period of time even with respect to sewage containing phosphorus in low concn. by using a mixture of a predetermined amount of a calcium silicate hydrate and a predetermined amount of a magnesium compound as a water purifying material. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous slurry consisting of a raw material containing at least both of a siliceous raw material and a calciferous raw material, a magnesium compound and water is foamed and cured in the presence of a foaming agent and the obtained cured body is aged by steam to prepare a water purifying material composed of a calcium silicate hydrate. By this method, the water purifying material being a mixture of a calcium silicate hydrate such as tobermorite or xonotlite and a magnesium compound such as magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate or dolomite and containing the magnesium compound in an amount of 3-25wt.% as magnesium metal on the basis of the total wt. of the mixture is obtained. Even when a water treatment tank is packed with the obtained water purifying material, the clogging of the water purifying material becomes hard to generate because of the presence of the magnesium compound.
