    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate dangers of the connection works of ALC panels by welding and fixing the lower end part of one face side of the flat body of a slab plate and the protruded lower end part formed in the right-angled direction against the flat body on the frame body of a building. SOLUTION: A joint at the rectangular header face 3 side of respective ALC panels P is laid to position on a building frame body 1. A slab plate 2 constituted of a flat plate body 2a and a protruded pieces 2b having various shapes and sizes in the right-angled direction against the flat plane, are installed at the crossing of the joints to make the face of the flat plate body 2a contact the header face 3 of the panel. After the lower ends of both sides of the flat plate body 2a and the lower end of the protruded pieces 2b have been welded and fixed to the frame body of the building 1, in the state an operator stands on the panel P, a reinforcement 9 is inserted in a hole 8 and mortar is charged in respective joints. In this way, the strength against the horizontal load of the slab plate is increased and the workability is also improved.

    • PURPOSE: To simplify the installation of an ALC panel wall by fixing the ALC panel wall to a wood beam or pillar with bolts after an attachment fixture is interposed between the ALC panel wall and the wood beam or pillar, and by fixing the attachment fixture to the good beam or pillar with the use of self-tapping screws. CONSTITUTION: A planar lower attachment fixture 1 having an upper part which is an L-like sectional shape is fixed to an ALC panel P1 by means of a bolt 4, and the lower attachment fixture 1 is fixed to a wood beam 3 with the use of a self-tapping screws 5. Next, the planar upper attachment fixture 2 composed of a downward extending piece and a crosswise piece having an L-like sectional shape, is fixed to the panel P2 by means of a bolt 4, and the upper attachment fixture 2 is fixed to the wood beam 3 with the use of a self- tapping screw 7 so that the panels P1, P2 are attached to the wood beam 3. Accordingly, the ALC panels can be used for a vertical or horizontal wall even for a wooden building.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching an autoclaved lightweight concrete wall panel to a concrete foundation, which not only produces no projections and the like on a wall surface and has no limitations on design but also is excellent in appearance and reduces costs through the simplification of mounting metal fittings. SOLUTION: In an ALC wall panel 10, a vertical hole 12 of a predetermined height is bored from the end surface of its bottom to the inside of the region of reinforcement 16, and a through hole 14 is bored in such a way as to communicate from the end of the vertical hole 12 and open to the indoor side of the panel, and a mounting steel rod 22 having a smaller diameter than the vertical hole 12 is erected on a concrete foundation 20 via an anchor which is buried in place inside the concrete foundation 20. The ALC wall panel 10 is securely attached to the concrete foundation 20 by fitting the mounting steel rod 22 into the vertical hole 12, packing a filler 30 into the space between the mounting steel rod 22 and the vertical hole 12, and packing a repair material 40 of almost the same color as the ALC wall panel 10 into the opening 15 of the through hole 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient pull-out proof strength by embedding only one L character type anchor metal fitting consisting of a horizontal plate and a rising plate and only one anchor nut in and close to a small port face of each short side of an ALC panel. SOLUTION: An anchor metal fitting 1 which consists of a horizontal plate 2 and a rising plate 3 and has a cross section like L character is formed, and only one anchor nut 4 is welded and fixed at a central position of the rising plate 3. The length of the anchor metal fitting 1 is more than 2/3 the width of an ALC panel P, and the thickness of the horizontal plate 2 is 3.5 to 6.5mm. Furthermore, a rear surface of the horizontal plate 2 of the anchor metal fitting 1 is across four reinforcing bars 5 which are extended in the direction of the length of the ALC panel P and is spot-welded through holes 7 for welding which are provided on the horizontal plate 2. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of crack on a surface of the ALC panel even if strong wind pressure is applied and negative load is applied on the panel.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate a mounting work by boring a blind hole on an end face of a short side of an ALC panel and an end face of a long side of the ALC panel and intersecting the blind holes and locking an anchor metal fitting inserted into the end face of the short side with a rod-shaped member inserted from the end face of the lone side. CONSTITUTION: A first blind hole 4 and a second blind hole 5 are bored inwardly from a first end face 2 of an ALC panel 1 and a second end face perpendicular to the first end face so that they may be intersected with each other. A rod- shaped locking member 8 inserted from the second blind hole 5 is inserted in and locked with a through hole 13 at the tip 7 of an anchor metal fitting 6 inserted into the first blind hole 4. Then, a base end 11 of a member 10 mounted on the first end face 2 or a fitment which fixes the base end 11 is fastened and fixed with a base end 9 of the anchor metal fitting 6 projecting from the first end face 2 to the top. It is, therefore, possible to fix the anchor metal fitting 6 definitely and prevent the missing of the end face of the short side.
