In addition, if the remote- sending part 36 is operated, a signal is received by the remote-receiving part of the drive enclosure 22, resulting in the supply of an electric current to a motor from a battery 27 and the subsequent rotation of a rotary brush 28. Further, a paint is supplied to the rotary brush 28 through a paint pressure feed hose 31, a hose joint 33 and the paint pressure feed hose 31 from a paint pressure feed tank 30 by a signal from a signal line 35 connected to a paint pressure feed switch 42. Finally the paint is applied to the surface to be coated by the rotary brush 28 which rotates.

    • PURPOSE:To perform installation adjustment and confirmation while referring to the display content of a measuring device and to enable the standardization of a process by introducing a measuring technique containing dynamic measurement using a sensor and the automatic calculation of required quantity based thereon. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of measuring places are set to the bearing parts, intermediate bearing parts and horizontal bearing parts of upper and lower water-wheel generators and displacement sensors are attached to those parts. Then, horizontal measurement, shaft vibration adjusting measurement and synthetic vibration measurement observing each condition are performed. At this time, in the shaft vibration adjusting measurement, marking is applied to the surface of a shaft to rotate the shaft and a positioning sensor confirms the objective measuring point to indicate the reading of the actually measured value thereof. Therefore, at the time of the synthetic vibration measurement observing each condition, multi-point measurement can be executed at the respective measuring places and points at the same time. The detection signal from the displacement sensor is amplified by an amplifying unit to be sent to a computer as measuring data and, on the basis of the measuring data, the computer processes desired display items such as the correction quantities of respective shafts to display the processed results on a screen or to print out them.

When the chemical is injected, water is fed into the conduit from the pump 7 to be circulated in multiple conduits, and the infiltration of the chemical into the conduits from connection portions of the conduits or crack, positions of the conduits is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To test the state of wirings securely and safely without application of a voltage by providing a circuit for switching the different frequencies or sign signals for every constant time or for adding the frequencies of the signals between electrodes at the same time, and providing a circuit for judging the signal component detected at the end of the wiring. CONSTITUTION:A signal detecting part (WT-D) detects the signal train outputted from a signal sending part (WT-S). To remove noises and the like for detecting the signal train, the signals other than the carrier wave of 40kHz is removed utmost. The waveform distorsion of the signals which have passed through electric paths is corrected. A slave microprocessor (SMP) analyzes the signal train and sends a signal L1-N, a signal L2-N, a signal L1-L2 and a signal E-N to a master microprocessor (MMP). Since the load is too much when all the signals are judged in the MMP, the signals are sent to the MMP only when the signal arrives from the SMP. The MMP judges the polarity at all times.
