摘要： PURPOSE:To coat a transmission steel tower without stopping power supply by holding a transmission steel tower arm by means of a holding component at the end of an insulated guide rail and providing a remote-control coating unit or an abrasive blasting device on a remote-control travel truck. CONSTITUTION:A holding component 17 for holding an arm 2 of a steel tower 1 is mounted at the end of an insulated guide rail 16. A travel truck 18 with remote-control driving device is disposed slidably on the insulated guide rail 16. A remote-control coating unit 17 or an abrasive blasting device 21 for base adjusting by remote-control is mounted removably on said travel truck 18. Thus, the inside of standard distance for what are called live wires under power supply to transmission lines can be coated automatically from the outside of standard distance by using the insulated guide rail, the travel truck and a coating unit or an abrasive blasting device, and coating of the transmission steel tower can be carried out without stopping the power in the transmission lines.

摘要： PURPOSE:To coat a transmission steel tower efficiently by communicating a coated section of an insulated coating rod and a coating tank in the electrically insulated state by means of a feeding tube and providing an abrasive blasting device consisting of an air motor and an engine compressor communicated with an insulated air hose. CONSTITUTION:A coated section 17 is provided at the end of an insulated coating rod 16 in a coating device A, and the coated section 17 and a tower body 1, an upper section arm 9 and a coating tank 27 disposed in the electrically insulated state are communicated by means of a feeding tube 18 above the coated section 17, and an on-off valve 23 for applying or shutting off a coating material to the feeding tube 18 is provided. A surface treatment tool 33 is mounted on the end of the insulated working coating rod 16 in an abrasive blasting device B through an air motor 32, and the air motor 32 and an engine compressor 34 temporarily mounted on the tower are communicated by means of an insulated air hose 35. As a result, coating can be carried out at any time by the insulated coating rod without stopping power, and a transmission steel tower arm can be coated efficiently.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a coating material from scattering at the time of coating a transmission steel tower during power transmission by projecting an insulated guide pole from a tower body on the lower surface of a transmission steel tower arm, fixing its pole base end to the tower body and disposing an insulated net by operating an operation rope. CONSTITUTION:An insulated net 16 disposed on the lower surface of an arm 3 of a transmission steel tower 1 is formed almost in a rectangular shape, and supporting bars 17 are mounted in parallel on proper spots in a base end edge, end edge and between the base end edge and the end edge of the insulated net 16. Also, a protection cover 18 for an insulator 4 is extendingly provided from the end edge of the insulated net 16, and a notch 19 receiving an insulator connecting fitment is cut on the end side of said cover 18, while the end side of the cover 18 and the end of the supporting bars 17 are fixed to a loop-shaped insulated operation rope 25 inserted into a pulley 24 mounted on the end of an insulated guide pole 21. As a result, the coating material can be prevented from scattering when coating is carried out while power is transmitted to the transmission steel tower.
