摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the height adjusting works of a waterproofing slab by fixing a reinforcing material onto the bottom-section rear of the waterproofing slab while a vertical by adjustable member is disposed at the place of the reinforcing material oppositely faced to the sidewall of the waterproofing slab and forming an opening section at a site oppositely faced to the adjusting member. SOLUTION: The periphery of a square-shaped bottom section 1 is bent to form a sidewall 2, the upper end section of the sidewall 2 is bent horizontally and a wall-attaching surface 3 for disposing a wall panel in upright is formed while the wall-attaching surface 3 is further erected and an upstanding wall 4 is formed to prepare the waterproofing slab 20 and a reinforcing material 5, in which metallic pipes are assembled in a latticed shape, is fixed on to a bottom section with adhesives. A bolt 6 made of stainless steel as an adjusting member 10 is installed to the reinforcing material 5, and the waterproofing slab 20 can be moved vertically by rotating the engaging section of the head section of the bolt 6. The waterproofing slab 20 is carried in, a tool is inserted from an opening section 11 formed to the sidewall 2 oppositely faced to the adjusting member 10, height is adjusted while being visually observed, and the opening section 11 is covered with a cover body 12. Since the height of the waterproofing slab 20 is adjusted while being visually observed, sure works are carried out in a short time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the continuous shaping of a glass fiber preform by heating a glass fiber mat to pass the same through a screen like mold having a gap of which the shape is same to that of the cross section of the preform and subsequently passing cooling air through the mold and the mat. CONSTITUTION:At first, a glass fiber mat 1 is continuously drawn into a heating part 2 to be heated by the heating air from a hot air generator 3. At this time, in the heating part 2, heating air is passed through the respective screens of both upper and low molds 7, 8 arranged in an outer frame 6 to melt the binder of the glass fiber mat and the glass fiber mat is deformed into the shape of the gap between both upper and lower molds 7, 8. The glass fiber mat deformed into the shape of a preform is subsequently drawn into a cooling part 4 to be cooled. At this time, cooling air is passed through the respective screens of both upper and lower molds 7, 8 in the same way as the heating air to solidify the binder to form an L-shape preform 5. By this method, the glass fiber mat 1 is continuously shaped inexpensively and efficiently.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce a manufacturing cost of a mold, by a method wherein a pattern is formed as a result of a difference between 2 or more types of lusters yielded by a combination of a finished portion of a base metallic plate with a portion having fine unevenness produced by the etching and the peripheral edge of the metallic plate is bent inward to form a mold. CONSTITUTION:A pattern having a fine embossed portion 4 produced by etching is prepared on a metallic plate finished to a mirror surface, of such as a stainless steel plate. Four edge portions are bent inward at right angles so that the pattern appears on the inside surface to obtain, thus, a pattern paper which serves as an edge 7 of the panel. The corners 10 are welded (9) so that the resin can be prevented from flowing out when the it is poured. A mold-reinforcing plate 6 is attached to a back surface of a bottom to form a mold. A gel coat resin is applied to the mold 2; glass fiber and polyester resin are laminated thereon and defoamed before the gel coat resin is hardened. Wall-reinforcing plates 5 are futher adhered thereto while the laminated resin is not hardened, and the mold is released after it is hardened.
