    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make injection molding of a product being the same as a crystalline polyethylene terephthalate possible by decreasing water content of a ground polyethylene terephthalate material to a water content which does not generate excess steam in a heating cylinder by drying, and performing plasticization and deaeration by suction of the ground material as a molding material by a vent type injection apparatus. SOLUTION: The ground polyethylene terephthalate material is molded into a molded article with an arbitrary shape by using the vent type injection apparatus. After the water content of the ground material is decreased to a water content of ≤0.05 wt.%, preferably 0.04-0.02 wt.% by a dryer, plasticization and deaeration by suction are performed. The ground material with a water content of ≤0.6 wt.% requires a drying time of ≥2 hr at a set temperature of 120°C to lower than 140°C for decreasing the water content by the dryer. The drying is performed by making the total amount corresponding to the amount for at least 2 hours of the weight of the product molded by one shot as a unit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate an injection and blow cavity mold and an injection core mold of mold attaching plates into a unit in order to attach a lateral type injection device of a normal structure to a mold-clamping device by setting a rotary transferring base, a stretch-blowing device and a rotation-driving device on a base block, and attaching them to a central plate on the front and the rear of which the mold-attaching plates are provided as a pair.
      SOLUTION: An injection cavity mold 7 is attached to the front mold- attaching plate 2 which is provided on the front and the rear of the central plate 3, through which a tie bar is passed, as a pair. The transferring base 10 of a neck mold 13 which tilts and rotates, the stretch-blowing device 17 and the rotation-driving device are set on the base block 8, and are fixed to the central plate 3. Under the injection cavity mold 7 and the base block 8, a blow cavity mold 9 is provided by attaching it to both mold-attaching plates 2 and 4. The injection core mold 14 on the distal end is passed through the neck mold 13 from the base block 8, and a core member 15 which is located in the injection cavity mold is attached to the rear mold-attaching plate 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dislocation of the parting line between split molds of a pair by mold clamping force by loosely fitting one of the split molds constituting a set of molds to the side of a mold fitting plate and connecting both split molds to each other by a joint.
      SOLUTION: In a blow mold device 11, a pair of the split molds forming a blow cavity 12 is made a set of the molds, and the sets of the molds are fitted in parallel to the mold fitting plates 15 and 16. One split mold 13 is fitted by a bolt 17 inserted into the bolt hole 23 of the loose hole of the mold fitting plate 15, so that the split mold 13 and the mold fitting plate 15 are moved sideward to be relatively dislocated. The other split mold 14 is fitted to the mold fitting plate 16 by a positioning pin 18 and the bolt 17 and fixed. Both split molds are connected integrally to both parting surfaces, and the joint by a taper pin 19 and a step 21 is provided for preventing the dislocation of the parting line.
