摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the action range of mold clamping force by sharing one charging cylinder with a plurality of mold clamping cylinders used to make mold clamping rams connectable with the right and left spots of a movable mold.
SOLUTION: A movable platen 5 set up between a pair of fixed platens by being inserted into a tie-bar is connected to the mold clamping ram 13 of the mold clamping cylinder 8. The mold clamping cylinder 8 is composed of a cylinder in which the inside diameter of the lower end part is smaller than that of the other part, the mold clamping ram 13 having a piston 14 with an outside diameter engaging with its lower end part, a booster ram 16 inserted into the mold clamping ram, and the circulation device 20 of the side part of the cylinder. The mold clamping cylinders 8 of a pair are set on both sides of the fixed platen 2 with a distance kept between them. The charging cylinder 9 is installed in the fixed plated between the mold clamping cylinders, and the movable platen 5 is connected to a pair of the mold clamping rams. The charging cylinder 9 is shared, and mold clamping is done simultaneously at right and left spots.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quickly fix and release a holding plate by employing a hydraulic clamp in the fixing of the holding plate of the blow core members supported by supports piercing the holding plate.
SOLUTION: This blow molding machine is equipped with a plurality of supports 5 erected on a base plate 3 which is located at the upper part of a blow mold 2 so as to be opposed to a seat platen 4, the fixed platen 6 straddling the top parts of the supports 5, the lift cylinders 7 attached to both sides of the fixed platen 6 and the holding plate 9 of the blow core members 8 connected to the piston rods 7a of the lift cylinders 7 and supported by the supports 5 piercing the holding plate. Clamp plates 15 are provided to both ends of the holding plate 9 in a protruded state. Clamp blocks 16, in which a pair of hydraulic cylinders 18 are mounted so as to clamp the clamp plates 15 from both sides at the lower limit position of the holding plate 9 by rams 18a, are installed on both sides of the seat platen 4.
