Both edge parts of the bulb operating member are supported vertically freely in the cam plate through the dependent roller.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fouling of a molding by oil leakage by adopting a connection means by a clamp and a mold clamping means by an air cylinder, to improve operation efficiency by a necessary minimum amount of oil, to secure a working space for mold exchange etc., by dividing a bed into two of a bed for an injection mold clamping mechanism and a bed for an injection mechanism, and to prevent the arrangement of an injection mechanism from receiving the restriction of the length of a screw. SOLUTION: The upper end parts of a pair of mold clamping shafts which penetrates a lower part base board and an intermediate base board and is set vertically movably on both sides of an injection molding operation part are connected together by a top board. A mold clamping means of hydraulic actuation is connected to the lower ends of the mold clamping shafts which are fitted to the lower side of the lower part base board and positioned in the bed. Both end parts of the mold clamping board of a core mold are inserted into the mold clamping shafts, supported, and set vertically movably between the intermediate base board and the top board. The intermediate base board and the mold clamping board are connected together by a pair of mold opening/closing cylinders on both sides. A mold clamping rod is connected to the mold clamping board through the opening of the top board. A pair of clamp members which is engaged with the mold clamping rod and connects the mold clamping board and the mold clamping shafts is set on both sides of the opening of the upper surface of the top board.       SOLUTION: This mold clamping device comprises a lower base having an injection cavity mold provided on its upper surface, the mold clamping cylinder block connected to the upper ends of the tie bars vertically provided on both sides of the lower base, the upper base permitting the insertion of the tie bars to be provided above the lower base in a freely liftable manner and supporting the transfer plate of a neck mold on its under side in a freely rotatable manner, a movable plate permitting the insertion of the tie bars to be provided above the upper base in a freely liftable manner and having a mold clamping ram connected to the center of the upper surface thereof and the injection core provided to the under surface of the movable plate inserted in the cavity of the injection cavity mold through the upper base, the transfer plate and the neck mold. The lift cylinder of the upper base and the lift cylinder of the movable plate are provided to both ends of the lower base and the movable plate so that both lift rods are connected to the upper base vertically in an up and down opposed state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to mold a heat-resistant bottle by injection stretch blow molding by raising the temperature of the barrel part of a preform before real blow molding by preventing the reduction of the amount of reserved heat in the inside by temporarily suppressing heat radiation from the surface of the barrel part by adopting a preliminary blowing means.
      SOLUTION: The wall thickness of the barrel part of the injection-molded PET preform is made to be 3.0-4.5 mm. The preform is released from an injection mold and an injection core at a high temperature. The preliminary blowing of the preform is restricted to 5±0.5 s after demolding, the temperature of a preliminary blowing mold is restricted to 112-117°C, and a preliminary blowing time is restricted to 0.5-1.0 s. Only the barrel part of the preform is expanded by air blowing. The real blowing molding is carried out for 3-4 s after demolding from the preliminary blowing mold by restricting the temperature of a real blowing mold to 103-107°C and an air blowing time to 6-9 s. The preform is stretch blow-molded into a bottle and simultaneously heat-set to have heat resistance.
