    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystallization device unnecessary to heat and feed an object to be processed while rotating the same, capable of being simplified and capable of heating a mouth part in a state of a preform or even after the preform is molded into the shape of a bottle to crystallize the same.
      SOLUTION: In the crystallization device equipped with a heater 1 for heating the mouth part b1 of the bottle B made of a polyester resin, the heater 1 is equipped with a heater main body 2 formed by winding a resistance pressure heating type electric heating member 20 into a cylindrical coil shape so as to insert the mouth part b1 of the bottle in the cylindrical coil from the lower end opening part thereof and a heat insulating cylindrical cover 3 surrounding the heater main body 2 so as to cover the same from the outward part thereof to the lower part thereof to gradually heat-treat the mouth part of the bottle.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the supply and recovery operation of a preform to a conveying and moving means to be easily and efficiently performed in such a state that the movement of the preform is stopped and the movement of the preform to be performed always at a constant velocity in a heat treatment part to thermally treat a top neck part uniformly.
      SOLUTION: This crystallization device for the top neck part of a preform for a bottle is equipped with a conveying and moving means 1 which conveys a preform held by an inversion retaining means while rotating the preform and a heating device 10 which heats the top neck part of the preform. The conveying and moving path of the conveying and moving means 1 is divided as a supply and recovery zone A which supplies the preform to the inversion retaining means and recovers it after treatment, and a heat treatment zone B equipped with the heating device 10. In addition, a first and a second movement adjustment means 21, 22 which enable the movement of the reform to be intermittently stopped in the supply and recovery zone A while the movement of the reform is continued in the heat treatment zone B, are provided between both zones A, B. Thus the preform is intermittently moved by some specified length in the supply and recovery zone A, while the movement of the reform is continued in the heat treatment zone B.
