摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposing method of biotic organic wastes free from the following problems that conventional disposing methods have encountered: incineration, discarding deposition for reclamation, and ocean dumping each cause air pollution, global warming, soil contamination, water pollution and the like with a heavy environmental load and therefore cause secondary environmental pollution; disposal as a compost raw material needs a period for fermentation and aging and therefore does not allow speedy disposal, and furthermore requires with a rise in the cost facilities for treating biotic organic wastes during the period; and in a composting process where wastes are mixed with animal excretions, chemical substances included in feed for animals intermix with disposed wastes. SOLUTION: A strong acid is added to a biotic organic waste followed by stirring, and subsequently a neutralizing agent is added followed by stirring. Preferably, the pH when the strong acid is added is caused to be 2.5 or lower. Preferably, the pH in neutralizing by an alkaline neutralizing agent is caused to be 4-6. Sulfuric acid is preferably used as the strong acid. As the neutralizing agent, a porous natural calcium agent is preferably used.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat and reutilize a residue liquid produced by processing of an agricultural, forestry or livestock product and containing an organic substance suspended therein and a distillation residue, etc., of a liquor. SOLUTION: An adequate amount of casein is added to a processing residue of a suspended agricultural, forestry or livestock product or a distillation residue of Shochu (a low-class distilled spirit), etc., and the resultant mixture is stirred. The temperature and pH, as necessary, are regulated in order to promote the reaction and an adequate amount of a reactant such as magnesium chloride is then added to stir the resultant mixture. The casein is precipitated and separated from water while aggregating the suspended processing residue. Thereby, a dehydrating treatment is carried out and the resultant material is dried and supplied as a feed for livestock, etc., or a raw material for the feed. Water produced by the dehydrating treatment is treated according to a conventional method and extraction is carried out for an example in which active ingredients are present. As a result thereof, environmental pollution due to dumping at sea or incineration, etc., which are conventionally performed can be eliminated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a livestock feed preservable over a long period and its production process comprising the processing of waste liquid of Shochu (low- class distilled spirit). SOLUTION: Mannan available as a raw material for Konjak (paste made from the starch of devil's tongue) is added to thermally sterilized waste liquid of Shochu or concentrated waste liquid of Shochu. Preferably, quicklime and bittern liquid are added and stirred simultaneous to the addition of mannan. The waste liquid of Shochu is converted to a gel like a Miso (fermented soybean paste) by the water-absorbing and swelling power of mannan. The obtained gel has good taste as a livestock feed similar to the waste liquid of Shochu and also has the advantages of good preservability and easy handleability. The value of the feed can be further improved as necessary by adding animal meat, fish and shellfish meat, vegetable, cereal, fermentation product, minerals, vitamins, etc. Preferably, a proper amount of alcohol is added to the feed before bagging to improve the antiseptic effect.

Therein, (A) the first carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt having a specific viscosity and a specific etherification degree, (B) the second carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt having a specified viscosity, a specified water-absorbing property and a specified etherification degree, and (C) a polyoxyethylenesorbitan fatty acid ester are charged into the extruder in a specific ratio so that the total amount of the components is 0.1-10 wt.% based on the powder of feed raw materials.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently accelerate the dehydration of a byproduct from the production of food such as bean-curd refuse and to considerably increase the rate of dehydration by mixing the byproduct with yogurt or discarded yogurt. SOLUTION: When a byproduct from the production of food such as bean- curd refuse is dehydrated, yogurt or discarded yogurt is necessitated to coexist with the byproduct. More effective dehydration is carried out by mixing them as uniformly as possible. A material (e.g. lees of low-class distilled spirits) similar in physical properties to yogurt may also be used. Yogurt or discarded yogurt well produces its effect when 1 pt.wt. beancurd refuse is mixed with about 0.5-5 pts.wt., preferably about 1-3 pts.wt. yogurt or discarded yogurt. Combination with electroosmosis is more effective.
