    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently recycling organic matter waste liquid as useful resources at a low cost, specifically an efficient circulating type treatment method in consideration of an environment utilizing the organic matter waste liquid.SOLUTION: This method for treating the organic matter waste liquid uses calcium silicate for the treatment of the organic matter waste liquid. As a preferred form, an organic matter waste liquid treatment process 10 includes a methane fermentation process 3 for fermenting methane from the organic matter waste liquid; a solid-liquid separation process 4 for separating an organic matter residue after fermenting methane from the organic matter waste liquid, into solids and liquid; and a drying process 5 for drying a solid content after solid-liquid separation. As a more preferred form, the process 10 further includes a hydrothermal synthesis process 1 for carrying out hydrothermal synthesis of the calcium silicate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate a distillation waste liquid to a level that can be used as a raw material of mixed feed and maintain the nutritional value of the distillation waste liquid. SOLUTION: After addition of oils and fats for feed, concentration is carried out by using a triple-effect concentrator at ≤80°C in a steam atmosphere, thereby the fluidity of concentrated waste liquor of Shochu residue remains even when concentrated until its water content reaches about 40 wt.%. When the concentrated waste liquor of Shochu residue is added to feed so that the nutritional values of proteins, sugars, lipids, vitamins and the like may not be impaired, the oxidation resistance of meat is increased to decrease the amount of a leaked meat juice, and the taste of meat can be improved. The system for recycling Japanese spirit lees as resources is provided with: a solid-liquid separating means for subjecting Japanese spirit lees to solid-liquid separation; a concentrating means for concentrating the separated liquid obtained by the solid-liquid separating means to produce the concentrated material; a recycling means for recycling the concentrated material as resources; a burning means for burning at least a part of the concentrated material; and a steam recovering means for utilizing the heat of combustion obtained by the burning means to recover steam.
