    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness on emergency stop operation by simplifying a control program of a pilot valve and reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: A first piston 17 and a second piston 18 that switch a spool 16 between a first switching position and a second switching position are provided in both ends of the spool 16, and a return spring 33 that returns the spool 16 to a neutral switching position is provided. The first piston 17 has a diameter smaller than that of the second piston 18. When the spool 16 occupies the neutral switching position, a first communicating state is provided where some of a plurality of ports communicate with one another and the remaining ports are closed. When the spool 16 is switched to the first switching position by the first piston 17, the communication-and-closure relationship of the plurality of ports becomes a second communicating state different from the first communicating state. When the spool 16 is switched to the second switching position by the second piston 18, all the plurality of ports are closed and a non-communicating state is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control valve preventing overload by relieving a hydraulic fluid in a return line in which the overload occurs due to the inertia force of a rotation body.
      SOLUTION: The hydraulic control valve includes a valve block 1 formed with first and second hydraulic passages and provided with a spool inside; first and second actuator passages 8, 9 connected to first and second actuator ports 6, 7 respectively; first and second passages 21, 23 with one ends branched and connected to the first actuator passage 8; a fourth passage 26 communicating with the other end of the first passage while one end is branched and connected to the second actuator passage 9; and a relief valve 10 relieving hydraulic fluid on the actuator port side where the overload has occurred when the overload has occurred to one of the first and second actuator ports 6, 7, and replenishing and supplying the relieved hydraulic fluid to the other actuator port where no overload has occurred.
