One of the n reference voltages is input to one of the terminals of a variable capacitance element of each of the n variable capacitance circuits. A control voltage Vt for feedback-controlling an oscillation frequency is input to the other of the terminals of the variable capacitance element of each of the n variable capacitance circuits. A first to a third reference voltage Vref1, Vref2 and Vref3 are input to a first to a third variable capacitance circuit A, B and C, respectively. The first to third reference voltages Vref1, Vref2 and Vref3 each have a fixed value, and a difference between the first reference voltage Vref1 and the second reference voltage Vref2 and a difference between the second reference voltage Vref2 and the third reference voltage Vref3 are different from each other.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize both oscillation and the bias to the temperature change and to realize miniaturization of a high-frequency oscillator, by connecting directly the bases to obtain a low impedance state and furthermore connecting directly the transistor base of a buffer amplifier to use a collector as an input. CONSTITUTION:A base 2 of a transistor TR1 having its bias set by resistances 7-10 is grounded via a capacitor 5 to obtain a low impedance. A feedback capacitor 6 is connected between an emitter 4 and a collector 3, and a resonance circuit consisting of an inductance 14 and variable capacity diodes 12 and 13 to which the bias is supplied through a capacitor 11 and resistances 15 and 16 is connected to the collector 3. Thus a variable frequency oscillator is obtained. Then the base of a TR17 to which the bias is set by resistances 7, 8, 19 and 20 is connected to the base 2, and a collector 19 is used as an oscillation output.
