    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger inhibiting increase of flow resistance of low temperature fluid due to heat exchange with high temperature fluid.
      SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger 10 for exhaust heat recovery, an exhaust gas heat exchanger path 38 for circulating exhaust gas which is high temperature fluid and a cooling water heat exchange path 44 for circulating engine cooling water which is low temperature fluid exchanging heat with exhaust gas are adjacently provided. Channel cross-sectional area of the cooling water heat exchange path 44 is continuously expanded from an upstream side toward a downstream side in a flow direction of engine cooling water.
