    • PURPOSE: To improve the wear resistance of the bearing of a compressor by using a molding of a sintered material in forming said bearing, embedding a metallic material which melts when calcined and forms a fluid passage in the bearing into said molding and sealing the sintered material with the molten metal.
      CONSTITUTION: A main bearing 6 and an auxiliary bearing 7 are formed of a monolithic molding of a sintered material, in a hermetic type compressor provided with an electric motor 2 housed in the upper part in a hermetic casing 1 which can be divided to upper and lower parts and a compressor 5 coupled directly to the motor 2. An annular fluid passage 14 formed in the bearing 7 is formed in the following way: A metallic tubular body or bar-like body 15 formed of a metallic material which melts when calcined is preliminarily embedded into a monolithic molding 7 formed of a sintered material and the body 15 is melted in the stage of calcination to form the passage 14 with the space made after the melting. The sintered material is sealed by the molten metal and at the same time the wear resistance of the bearing 7 is improved by the same. A through- hole for the discharge valve 12 of the bearing 6 is similarly formed of a tubular body 15.

CONSTITUTION:When an automatic mode is set by a remote controller 21 and the detecting value of an indoor temperature sensor 22 is within a predetermined range about the set temperature, for example, the execution of drying operation is selected considering the detecting value of an indoor humidity sensor 23 and the operation mode of a control unit 20. In this case, the operation of a compressor 1, non-operation of a four-way valve 2, full opening of a PMV 4, choking of a PMV 6, the operation of an outdoor fan 8 and the operation of an indoor fan 6 are set respectively As a result, refrigerant is conducted as shown by solid line arrow signs in a diagram to form a dry cycle whereby an outdoor heat exchanger 3 is operated as a condenser and a first indoor heat exchanger 5 is operated as another condenser (reheater) while a second indoor heat exchanger 7 is operated as an evaporator respectively. According to this method, an indoor humidity is arrived at a set humidity promptly and surely.

    • PURPOSE:To perform an optimum and rapid temperature and humidity control in consideration of various loading conditions by setting an operating frequency of a compressor and a number of revolution of an outdoor fan through a fuzzy computation, of which an antecedent comprises a temperature deviation, a variation of the temperature deviation, a humidity deviation and a variation of the humidity deviation. CONSTITUTION:An outdoor heat exchanger 3 is connected to a discharge port of a compressor 1 through a four-way valve 2, and is connected to a first indoor heat exchanger 5 through an electronic expansion valve 4. Furthermore, the outdoor heat exchanger 3 is connected to a second heat exchanger 7 through an electronic expansion valve 6 and is connected to a suction port of the compressor 1 through the four-way valve 2. During a dry-mode operation, a deviation T between a room temperature Ta and a set temperature Ts, a variation DELTAT of the deviation T, a deviation H between a room humidity Ha and a set humidity Hs, and a variation DELTAH of the deviation H, respectively, are detected, and a control input DELTAF for an operating frequency F of the compressor and a control input DELTAN for a number of revolution of an outdoor fan are found by a fuzzy computation, of which an antecedent comprises the deviation T, the variation DELTAT, the deviation H and the variation DELTAH.
