Each of the injection device 2 and the agitating device 3 has a mechanism capable of protruding into the ground, and the injection device 2 has a second injection port 2b in its protruding tip part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pumping device capable of highly efficient water collection by vacuuming with a simple package.SOLUTION: A pumping unit 3 comprises: a lifting pump 11; a pump storage section 12; an upper pipe member 13; a lid member 14; and a decompression pump 15. The lifting pump 11 pumps up groundwater flowing thereinto. The pump storage section 12 has: a side wall member 12b which forms a side wall of a storage space 12d where the lifting pump 11 is stored; and a bottom member 12a which forms a bottom of the storage space 12d. The upper pipe member 13 externally covers an upper portion of the side wall member 12b and is formed so that a lower edge of the same is positioned lower than an upper edge of the side wall member 12b and an upper edge of the same is positioned higher than an upper edge of a well pipe 2. The lid member 14 closes an upper edge of the upper pipe member 13 in airtight state. The decompression pump 15 reduces pressure in an interior space of the upper pipe member 13 closed by a closing lid 14.

The minute hollow bodies are formed as expansive/contractive hollow bodies in which air and other gas are enclosed and which are shaped spherical with resin films or resin shells, and their outer diameters are 50 μm or smaller.
