    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure receiving plate which can easily be adapted to various driving angles of a ground anchor, and can secure strength great enough to receive a tensioning force from the ground anchor at the various driving angles.
SOLUTION: This pressure receiving plate comprises a pressure-receiving plate body 2 made of concrete, and a reinforcing member which is embedded in the body 2; and an insertion hole 10 which passes through a section between upper and lower surfaces is formed in the almost central part of the body 2. The insertion hole 10 comprises: an upper hole 11 of a slot whose diameter is sequentially enlarged toward the top surface of the body 2 from a first base point 16 as a thickness-direction predetermined position of the body 2; and a lower hole 12 of a slot whose diameter is sequentially enlarged toward the undersurface of the body 2 from a second base point 18 positioned below the first base point 16, and which is positioned in such a manner that the major axis and the upper hole are collinear. The lower end of the upper hole 11 and the upper end of the lower hole 12 communicate with each other via the first base point 16 and the second base point 18, and the upper hole 11 and the lower hole 12 are formed in such a manner as to be diagonally opposite to each other in a vertical direction with the first base point 16 and the second base point 18 as centers.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balustrade on a railroad surface or a road surface, for which antifouling measures are taken.
SOLUTION: In each of an upper surface portion 14, an inclined portion 15 and a vertical portion 16, a protective film layer 24 for protecting an external surface is provided on each of the external surfaces which are positioned on the other side of at least the road surface. Additionally, on each of respective external surfaces positioned on the other side of at least the road surfaces of the upper surface portion 14 and the inclined portion 15, an antifouling film layer 25 for preventing fouling is provided in the state of being superposed on the protective film layer 24. Since protective film layer 24 and the antifouling film layer 25 are high-density film layers having water repellency, their surfaces can repel moisture such as rainwater so as to prevent the external surface of a balustrade body from becoming wet and prevent fouling. When the upper surface portion 14 and the inclined portion 15 are provided with a coating material film layer 26 composed of a resin-based coating material, water repelling performance is further improved for the prevention of fouling.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water absorption preventing layer forming method which can efficiently form a water absorption preventing layer on a concrete body.
SOLUTION: A permeable water absorption preventing material 3 to form the water absorption preventing layer 2 is applied on the surface of the concrete body 1. At least the portion of the concrete body 1 on which the permeable water absorption preventing material 3 is applied is covered with a blocking body 4. After a water absorption preventing layer 2 of the permeable water absorption preventing material 3 is formed on the concrete body 1, the blocking body 4 is removed from the concrete body 1. Thus, covering the portion on which the permeable water absorption preventing material 3 has been applied with the blocking body 4 after the permeable water absorption preventing material 3 has been applied can suppress volatilization of the permeable water absorption preventing material 3, and allows the permeable water absorption preventing material 3 to effectively permeate deeply into the interior of the concrete body 1, thereby efficiently forming the water absorption layer 2 on the concrete body 1.
