    • PURPOSE:To raise the usability of equipment by setting the ratio of air to fuel at the time of burner ignition in response to the temperature of the water supplied to a heat exchanger and igniting in a small number of ignition by reigniting with a different ratio of air to fuel when the ignition fails and using for the next ignition the new ratio of air to fuel by which the ignition is successful. CONSTITUTION:A memory circuit 10 stores beforehand a ratio of air to fuel which corresponds to the temperature of the supplied water detected by a water temperature sensor 2 and by which the ignition performance of a burner 4 is good. A drive circuit 12 controls a proportional valve 5 and a blower 6 according to the detection signal for the temperature of the supplied water. When the flame of the burner 4 is detected by a flame sensor 8 and the failure of ignition is detected by an ignition judging circuit 11, the memory circuit 10 instructs a next different ratio of air to fuel to improve the ignition performance. And the memory circuit 10 renews the ratio of air to fuel by the ratio of air to fuel in which the ignition succeeds. With this arrangement it is possible to adapt for conditions of installation that are different from the conditions of setting memory data.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a control circuit for fuel supply and combustion air supply by controlling an amount of fuel supply and an amount of air with a fuel control means and an air control means, and detecting the controlled fuel supply and air volumes with both a fuel sensor and an air sensor, and eliminating the effects induced by the unbalanced performance of both control means. CONSTITUTION:Gas supply control to a burner 15 is made in a manner where a gas volume signal S1 equivalent to a required amount of gas by a temperature control circuit 3 enters a gas proportional valve control circuit 7. The gas proportional valve control circuit 7 drives a gas proportional valve 8 by way of a transistor 20 so that the gas volume signal S1 may be identical to a gas supply volume signal detected by a gas volume sensor 17. On the other hand, when it is necessary to control the amount of combustion air, a signal identical to the aforesaid gas volume signal S1 is set as a signal for a specified volume signal and input into a fan control circuit 12. The fan control circuit 12 drives a fan motor 13 by way of a transistor 21 so that the signal for the specified air volume may be identical to the signal of the air volume detected with an air sensor 19. This construction makes it possible to maintain the combustion of burner 15 over a wide range to a satisfactory extent.

    • PURPOSE:To perform a set value water feeding without being relied upon a transformation point in case of reboiling operation by a method wherein presence and absence of remaining water are discriminated by an input from a remaining water sensing means prior to water feeding operation mode and if there is remaining water, and a control means is provided for defining a water level at the water storing part by applying a stored water level reference value. CONSTITUTION:Prior to a hot water feeding mode operation, an inspection of remaining water is carried out, resulting in that if it is judged that there is no remaining water, its transformation point is detected, a stored water level reference value is revised and then a set value water feeding operation is carried out. However, if it is judged that there is some remaining water at the water storing part 1, it is judged as it is a reboiling operation, the aforesaid stored value is taken out, the water supplying operation is carried out and then the set value hot water feeding is carried out. The discrimination of the presence and absence of the remained water is carried out in such a way as a water level pressure signal from the pressure sensor 10 is lowered than the previous time reference value stored data and if the value is lower than the previous one, it is judged that there is no remaining water. In case that the water level pressure signal is not lowered, a circulation mode operation is carried out, the presence or absence of the circulating water is checked in response to whether a water flow switch 9 is turned or not and then the remaining water judgement is ensured.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to supplement hot water by an arbitrary portion of supplementary hot water selected from one or a plurality of supplementary setting sections by comparing a water level value obtained from a water level detector with a supplementary value decided by said supplementary hot water value setting section, deciding accordingly and opening/closing an on/off valve. CONSTITUTION:An on/off valve 5 is opened on a hot water passage 7 until a water level preset by a water level setting section 6 is attained so that hot water may be supplied to a bath tub. Then, a water level detector 1 detects the water level and a preset water level decision control section 4 judges whether or not the water level has reached the preset value. When the preset water level is attained, the on/off valve 5 is closed, thereby completing the supply of hot water. If it is desired to supplement hot water by an arbitrary level from the current water level under the situation where hot water is supplied to the bath tub, a water level value detected by a water level detector 1 is stored in a water level memory 2 so that hot water may be supplied to the bath tub until the water level including an arbitrary portions of supplementary hot water selected by one or several supplementary hot water value setting sections 3 is attained.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to recognize surely the states of opening and closing of a gas shut off valve by providing a capacitor which connects an oscillation section and the electromagnetic coil of a gas isolation valve and providing a comparison section to which signals from a LC circuit constructed with an electromagnetic coil and a capacitor are inputted. CONSTITUTION:An LC circuit is constructed with the electromagnetic coil 1 of a gas shut off valve and a coupling capacitor 2, and an oscillation section 3 makes the LC circuit oscillate. The amplitude of this oscillation is inputted to a comparison section 4. When a gas shut off valve is actuated and it is in the state of closing, the amount of moving iron core insertion into the electromagnetic coil 1 is smaller than when the shut off valve is fully opened, that is the reactance component of the electromagnetic coil 1 is varied from when the moving iron core 5 is fully inserted. Accordingly the resonance point of LC circuit is shifted, making the impedance at the frequency of oscillation and the input voltage to the comparison section 4 higher. The output of the comparison section 4 becomes signal which indicates the state of opening and closing of the gas shut off valve. With this arrangement it is possible to confirm the state of opening and closing of the gas shut off valve.

      CONSTITUTION: The radio equipment section 100 is connected to a subscriber line 1 of a cordless telephone set through a 4-wire/2-wire converting circuit 1, the radio equipment section 200 is connected to a handset 11, and the radio equipment sections 100, 200 are provided respectively with transmitters 5, 15, receivers 8, 18 and memories 6, 16 for common idle channel storage. An idle channel possible for communication by control circuits 3, 13 of the radio equipment sections 100, 200 and when idle channel discriminating circuits 7, 17 discriminate an idle channel, the idle channel is stored in the memories 6, 16. The transmitters 5, 15 transmit a signal to an opposite party through the idle channel and the signal is registered on the memories 6, 16 respectively. Then a switch 20 of the radio equipment section 200 is interrupted for a prescribed time to interrupt the supply of power from a power supply 19.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the erasure of storage content of a RAM by adopting the constitution that a voltage drop of owner supply voltage is informed to the user by display or the like when the voltage drops to the specified value or below, a timer is started, a cordless circuit section as a load is disconnected from a battery after a prescribed time is elapsed and the RAM is connected succeedingly to the battery.
      CONSTITUTION: A power switch 3 is turned on normally, a power is applied to the cordless circuit section 2 to apply the function as a cordless telephone set, a voltage of the battery 1 is supplied normally to the RAM3 to hold the storage content of the RAM3. When a voltage drop detection circuit 5 detects that the power supply voltage reaches a prescribed value or below because of the use for a long time, a timer circuit 5 is started and alarm of voltage drop is raised to the user by a display circuit 7. Then a control circuit 8 is operated by an output of the timer circuit 6 as a prescribed time is elapsed to disconnect the battery 1 from a handset circuit 2. Then the RAM3 is energized from the battery 1 succeedingly and the storage content is not lost.
