    • PURPOSE: To maintain the quality of stitch and suppress the costs without modifying the construction of a bobbin and/or bobbin case substantially by generating a stitch of good workmanship without leaving the thread end at starting of winding to outside the bobbin case after the winding is finished, and nullifying the risk of occurrence of the needle thread to be severed. CONSTITUTION: A bobbin 7 is separated from a bobbin case of conventional construction using a bobbin separating/coupling means, and a bobbin thread 150 is clamped by thread clamping means 103, 105, 110, and in this condition, a rotor 306a is rotated so that the clamped bobbin thread 150 is entangled with the bobbin 7 which is separated from the bobbin case. Then the take-up shaft 107 is rotated, and the bobbin thread 150 is wound on the bobbin 7 while the clamped bobbin thread 150 is released, and even if the bobbin 7 is accommodated in the bobbin case after winding of bobbin thread, there is no risk that the thread end at starting of winding is left outside the bobbin case.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the residual quantity of a bobbin thread, and prevent a mutual interference with a sewing machine at the time of replacement of a bobbin from generating by a method wherein a bobbin thread winding quantity being required for a bobbin is previously operated conforming to a sewing condition, and a bobbin thread-winding means is operated until the quantity of a wound thread roughly meets the operated bobbin thread winding quantity. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin thread winding quantity control means 80a of a CPU 80 previously operates a bobbin thread winding quantity required for a bobbin, conforming to a sewing condition. That is, how many sheets of fabrics are sewn is read from a sewing number of times-input SW 71, and the length of a required bobbin thread is read from a thread length L input SW 70. In addition, a thread kind and thread number are read from a thread kind input SW 69 and thread number input SW 68, and the winding quantity of a bobbin thread required for the sewing is operated. Then, the bobbin thread is wound on a bobbin by operating a winding motor MC until the wound quantity of the bobbin thread roughly meets the operated bobbin thread winding quantity. A bobbin replacement control means 80b obtains a residual quantity of the bobbin thread by a beaming quantity of the bobbin in a shuttle and a bobbin thread consuming quantity when receiving a sewing machine finish signal, and if the residual quantity of the bobbin thread does not satisfy a required quantity for the next sewing, the sewing is stopped, and a replacement of the bobbin is indicated.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the bobbin thread winding-round device in order to enhance the reliability of a sewing machine and to reduce its cost by providing a bobbin clutch for inserting and holding a thread delivered to a prescribed position between the clutch and an advancing bobbin, and also, rotating the bobbin, and providing a hook for guiding a thread end of a winding start to a slit of a flange. CONSTITUTION:On the flange surface of one side of a bobbin, a slit 4 is provided, and the slit 4 is extended radially from the center of the bobbin and bent in an L-shape on the way. Also, this device is provided with a hook 5 for bending and raising the tip of an edge part of the outside constituting the L-shape slit 4 in the rotational direction, and guiding a bobbin thread into the bobbin. When a bobbin case 2 and an electromagnet attracting head move to an advance position, a bobbin thread Y delivered between a thread clamp spring 10 and a thread guide 11 is inserted and held between the bobbin and a bobbin clutch 7, and also, the bobbin and the bobbin clutch 7 are engaged frictionally. Thereafter, a motor 6 rotates, and when the bobbin rotates through the bobbin clutch 7, the bobbin thread Y is caught by the hook 5 of the bobbin.
