    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine capable of washing dirt stuck to a collar and sleeves of a shirt, which is difficult to be washed in a conventional washing machine off, without a preprocessing such as troublesome washing by hands.
      SOLUTION: In midway of a feed water route feeding water into a washing tank, a container 60 in which sodium type strong acid cation exchange resin 31 is filled is provided. Further, a variable speed control means varying revolving speed of a rotary vane within the washing tank is provided. Chemical force of detergent is enhanced by softening water for washing by an ion removing means, revolving speed of the rotary vane by the variable speed control means is increased and high cleaning force is obtained by their synergism.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization to facilitate the set to a top cover and to perform the automatic supply of priming water by integrally forming the suction port of a bathwater pump, a passage part for guiding the bathwater sucked through the suction port to the inlet of a suction chamber, and a sidewall for forming the inlet by use of a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: When a bathwater course start button is pressed, a current is carried to a feed solenoid valve 31 for a prescribed time to supply tap water. The water leaving a discharge port is collided to the wall of a priming feed port 33, and part of the water is supplied from the priming port of a casing cover 41 into a pump through a priming hose 34. After the lapse of the prescribed time, the feed solenoid valve 31 is stopped, the motor 43 of a bathwater suction pump is driven, and bathwater is sucked to a suction chamber 41d laid in a negative pressure by the rotation of a runner 42 and supplied to a washing tank through a discharge chamber 40i. A suction port 26a, a passage part for guiding the bathwater from the suction port 26a to the inlet of the suction chamber 41d, and a sidewall for forming the inlet are integrally formed by use of a synthetic resin to attain the miniaturization.
