    • PURPOSE:To facilitate execution of works as well as to improve the extent of watertightness by mounting a frame body on each plate roof member 1 parallelly installed in a roofing form and, after the clearance is subjected to caulking, charging and hardening synthetic resins for unification. CONSTITUTION:Each plate roof member 1 is parallelly installed on an installing block 2 tiltingly formed stepwise. Next, a frame body 3 partitioning a desired panel form is mounted on it, and a clearance between the frame body 3 and the plate roof member 1 is filled to by means of calking. The, an expandable synthetic resin 4' of urethane foam is charged up to every corner in the frame with an atomizer or spray gun or the like, leaving it intact under room temperature, and it is foamed and hardened, thereby a backing material 4. After hardening, the plate roof member 1 and the frame body 3 are firmly joined together for unification. With this constitution, nails and hook fittings all the disused for setting the frame body 3, thus any penetration of rainwater can be prevented from occurring without eatailing any clearance in a mutual lap part of the plate rool members 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the high quality and the high productivity of the cement products by casting the cement mix material into a frame mold and covering the frame mold with a cover plate on aging whereby the cast cement material is steam-aged, as it is restrained three-axially (three-dimensionally). SOLUTION: The materials for cement products comprising cement, aggregate and concrete chemical admixtures are cast into the frame mold, the frame mold is covered with a lid plate and pressurized up to 0.01-1 N/mm . When steam aging is initiated, the inner pressure decreases, as the free water is dehydrated, but the inner pressure of the cement material under stem-aging increases again as the concrete temperature is raised, since the cement material is restrained three-axially. The pressure attains its peak in a prescribed time, and then reduces as the curing proceeds. In the steam-aging, the cement material is previously aged for 0-5 hours, then heated at the programming rate of >=15 deg.C/ hour, preferably 20-30 deg.C/hour, and the maximum temperature is 50-100 deg.C, preferably 75-90 deg.C.

SOLUTION: Pipes 2 are inserted into a sheath pipe 1 made of concrete made in roughly regular tetragon in external form, and a storage 3 in the form where four pieces of pipes 2 are put together over the full length is made inside the sheath pipe 1, and besides one hand in longitudinal direction of the sheath pipe 1 is made into a spigot 1a and the other hand is made a socket 1b. For one spigot 1a of the sheath pipe 1, the periphery is made in the shape of tiers which become gradually smaller across toward the side end, and also a packing 4 is attached to the periphery on this side of the side end. Moreover, for the other socket 1b, a collar 5 made of stainless is constituted, being fixed protuberantly outward from the side end, and a pipe 2 made of synthetic resin is inserted into the storage 3 of the sheath pipe 1.

Then, a hiding member 13B having a fitting piece 15 of which cross section is formed into substantially L shape by a hiding piece 14 like a long flat plate and which is integrally provided along the longitudinal direction is bonded through a bonding means in such a manner that a joint part 7 between the lining plate 1 and the joint member 10 is covered with the hiding piece 14 by fitting the fitting piece 15 into the fitting groove 11 for the joint member 10.

In succession, a nut 43 screwed in a bolt 17 is screwed therein, whereby these pipe pieces 35 are pushed forward via two pipe keep plates 37 and 37', and thus the ring groove 31 is enlarged as specified. If so, the ring 11 is pressed to an interval between the inner circumferential surface of the main mounting hole 4 and the outer circumferential surface of the main 5, sealing a gap between both of them. With this sealing, even in the case where there is eccentricity between the main mounting hole 4 and the main 5, an overhanging quantity of the ring 11 is partially adjustable, so water is sealable in a highly reliable manner.
