    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation system which positively exerts an improvement amount of two ranks or more in terms of an L H value even if a large and severe shock such as a heavy floor shock is imposed thereon. SOLUTION: The sound insulation system is composed of a sound insulation floating floor structure and a sound insulation ceiling structure. The sound insulation floating floor structure is provided with a floor slab 21, a plurality of sound insulation floor members 23 on the floor slab 21, a floor substrate member (such as a particle board 12) on the sound insulation floor members 23, and a floor finish member (such as a color floor 24) on the floor substrate member. The sound insulation ceiling structure forms a ceiling space from a lower surface of the floor slab 21 of the sound insulation floating floor structure to a lower surface of a lower-story ceiling, and is provided with a building structural member (such as a second-story floor skeleton 14), a ceiling member (such as a plaster board 25), and a ceiling holding member (such as a ceiling panel 5) for fixing the ceiling member. The ceiling member secures a gap with respect to a building structure, and has a total surface density of 10 to 40 kg/m 2 . Further the gap between the ceiling member and the building structural member is filled with a gap filling member (such as a gap blocking member 20). COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-control and sound-insulation structure which does not cause unevenness in a joint between wall surface materials.
SOLUTION: In this vibration-control and sound-insulation structure 1, a vibration-control and sound-insulation sheet 4, in which a viscoelastic body and a metal plate are superposed on each other, is stuck on a face material 2. Thus, since the natural vibration of the face material 2 is changed, the resonance of the face material 2, which is generated at a certain frequency, can be suppressed. Additionally, the provision of the metal plate enables the reflection of a sound, and enables an increase in sound insulation effect. Since the sheet 4 has only to be properly stuck in consideration of the size of the face material 2, a mounting position of a frame material 3, etc., the structure 1 can be constructed without the occurrence of unevenness in a joint between the face materials.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a floor structure, in which the vibration insulating capacity of a viscoelastic body and the like are taken full advantage of, by preventing shear deformation from remaining in the viscoelastic body, when a floor skeleton is positioned.
SOLUTION: This floor structure 1 comprises: a pair of beams 2 (the opposed beams are shown in the rightward direction of Fig. 1); the floor skeleton 3 which is horizontal laid between the beams 2; the vibration-insulative viscoelastic body 4 which is fixed in a compressed state between the beam 2 and the floor skeleton 3; and a fixing member 5 for fixing the beam 2 to the floor skeleton 3. The viscoelastic body 4 is equipped with a main body 4A of the viscoelastic body. A part abutting on the beam 2 is provided with a low-frictional-resistance layer 4B which enables the horizontal movement of the viscoelastic body 4 with respect to an abutting surface of the beam 2 in the state of making the floor skeleton 3 placed in the not-fixed state of the floor skeleton 3 to the beam 2 by means of the fixing member 5. Otherwise, the part, abutting on the floor skeleton 3, of the viscoelastic body 4 can be provided with a low-frictional-resistance layer which enables the horizontal movement of the floor skeleton 3 with respect to an abutting surface of the viscoelastic body 4 in the not-fixed state of the floor skeleton 3 to the beam 2 by means of the fixing member 5, in place of or in addition to the layer 4B.
