      SOLUTION: The soundproof structure 1 is provided. The soundproof structure 1 comprises the boundary floor 2, a ceiling cavity 3, and a ceiling 4. The boundary floor 2 comprises a color floor 2A, plywood 2B, a soundproof material 2C, and a boundary floor plate material (plywood) 2D in sequence from the above. The boundary floor plate material 2D is nailed to a joist 5. A ceiling joist 6 is provided below the joists 5 and between them in the ceiling cavity 3. The impact absorbing members 3, 4 and 5 comprise a plurality of spring parts attached to the bottom of the floor joist 2 at certain intervals. Each spring member is fixed to the floor joist 2. At least two spring members are fixed to the floor diaphragm surface and have a shock absorbing ability. The vibration-proof header 1 can be also used for the construction work for soundproof floor construction.
