    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the coming off prevention mechanism to prevent the coming off of a mounting body attached to a shaft by improving the workability.
      SOLUTION: A tie rod stud 13 as the shaft is drilled and installed crosswise so that two penetration holes 13b are almost at right angle to each other. A pin 20 has an insertion leg 24 that is inserted through the penetration hole 13b and a retainer 26 with a fixed angle to the insertion leg 24 that is connected to the same part 24 through a bending part 22, 23. Moreover, the pin 20 is connected to the retainer 26 and has an engagement part 28 that engages with the penetration hole 13b adjacent to the penetration hole 13b to insert the insertion leg 24. And the engagement part 28 of the pin 20 is engaged with another penetration hole 13b and the pin 20 is fixed, beside the insertion leg 24 of the pin 20 is inserted to another penetration hole 13b after a nut 16 as the mounting body is tightened to the tie rod stud 13. Consequently, the coming off of the nut 16 is prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide locking structure to prevent loosening of engagement between a bolt and a grooved nut. SOLUTION: This locking structure comprises a bolt B having a tip part in which a pin hole 10 is formed, a grooved nut N threadedly engaged with the tip part of a bolt, and a locking pin P formed of a single metallic wire rod to prevent the occurrence of loosening of engagement between a bolt and a nut. The anti-loosening pin comprises an insertion leg part 2 inserted in the pin hole occasioned by an elastic action, a dislocation preventing part 6 to prevent the occurrence of dislocation through engagement with a bolt, an elastic contact leg part 3 making elastic contact with the end face of the bolt occasioned by an elastic action, and a regulation part 4 to regulate rotation resulting by fitting of it in a groove 11 of the nut. Thus, when an insertion leg part is inserted in the middle of the pinhole of the bolt, the elastic contact leg part is forced in elastic contact with the end face of the bolt. The regulation part, simultaneously, is engaged with the groove of the nut and rotation of a locking pin itself is regulated. This constitution provides a reliable temporary locking state of the locking pin.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a globe from being naturally loosened and dropped by providing a rotation preventing means coupled with a screw section and limiting the rotation of the screw section within the screwing range of a screw tube and the screw section. SOLUTION: When the lamp of this luminaire is inserted into a screw tube 4 from the lower side of the screw tube 4, the lamp is fitted to a lamp socket 12, the screw section 18 of a globe 2 is screwed into the screw tube 4, then the tip section of the screw section 18 is protruded above the screw tube 4. A shade 13 is covered to couple a projection 17 with a recess 19, and a thumb screw 15 is screwed into a screw hole 14 to fix the shade 13. When the globe 2 is rotated in the loosening direction, the side section of the recess 19 is hooked on the projection 17, the rotation of the globe 2 is limited, and the globe 2 is prevented from being loosened and dropped.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw locking structure the manufacturing of which is facilitated by a method wherein an elastic member having an elastic force in the penetrating direction is mounted in a mounting hole, pierced with a screw shaft, in such a state that the end part thereof is protruded from a hole port. SOLUTION: A mounting hole 21 is formed in a screw shaft 2 such that it extends therethrough and an elastic member 3 is arranged therein. The elastic member 3 is a compression spring made of a metal, the central part of a coil has a large diameter (b), and two end parts have a small diameter (c). The outside diameter of the large part 31 has size enough to allow close fitting of it in a mounting hole 21 and an overall length during non-compression is slightly longer than the hole length of the mounting hole 21. When the elastic member 3 is pressed in the mounting hole 21 and fixed through close fitting-in of large part 31, a small part 32 is slightly protruded from a hole part. When a bolt is joined in a screwed-in state with a female screw part, the tip part of the elastic member 3 is pressed in the mounting hole 21 and through the repulsion force thereof, frictional resistance between the tip part and a female screw surface is increased and forms locking protection of the shaft part 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut-locking bolt which is put into nut-locking action in a working site by nut fitting work without other minute operations. SOLUTION: This locking bolt 1 comprises a bolt main body 2 and a pin 3. A lateral hole 5 is formed radially near the end of a bolt shank 4, and the pin 3 is inserted into the lateral hole 5 via a spring 6 and locked while it is allowed to move back and forth freely in the radial direction of the bolt shank 4. Under normal conditions the pin 3 is energized by the spring 6 to make its end project from the lateral hole 5, this projecting end being provided with an inclined surface 7 which inclines toward the end of the bolt shank 4 in such a way as to get close to the outer periphery of the bolt shank 4. In fitting a nut 11 around the bolt, the pin 3 is pushed into the lateral hole 5 as the nut is fitted around the nut, and is thus prevented from interfering with fitting of the nut, and after the nut 11 has passed the end of the pin is projected by the force of the spring 6 to lock the nut 11 into place.
