    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut-locking bolt which is put into nut-locking action in a working site simply by nut fitting work without other minute operations. SOLUTION: This locking bolt 1 comprises a bolt main body 2 and a lock pin 3. A lateral hole 5 is formed in the shank 4 of the bolt main body 2, and a longitudinal groove 6 is formed from an opening at each end of the lateral hole 5 to the end of the shank 4. The lock pin 3 has a pair of insertion pieces 7 and a pair of spring pieces 8 continued to the pieces 7 and joined to each other. The insertion pieces 7 are inserted into the lateral hole 5 in such a way as to freely move back and forth. The spring pieces 8 are extended along the longitudinal groove 6 and joined together so as to be reduced to a size not more than the diameter of the bolt shank 4. The ends of the insertion pieces 7 are normally projected from the outer periphery of the bolt shank 4 to prevent a nut 11 from being unlocked. In fitting the nut 11 around the bolt, the spring pieces 8 are elastically deflected and retained in a horizontal position inside the vertical groove 6 to avoid interference with fitting of the nut around the bolt, After the nut 11 has passed through, the spring pieces 8 are restored to automatically lock the nut into place.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut-locking bolt which is put into nut-locking action in a working site by nut fitting work without other minute operations. SOLUTION: This locking bolt 1 comprises a bolt main body 2 and a pin 3. A lateral hole 5 is formed radially near the end of a bolt shank 4, and the pin 3 is inserted into the lateral hole 5 via a spring 6 and locked while it is allowed to move back and forth freely in the radial direction of the bolt shank 4. Under normal conditions the pin 3 is energized by the spring 6 to make its end project from the lateral hole 5, this projecting end being provided with an inclined surface 7 which inclines toward the end of the bolt shank 4 in such a way as to get close to the outer periphery of the bolt shank 4. In fitting a nut 11 around the bolt, the pin 3 is pushed into the lateral hole 5 as the nut is fitted around the nut, and is thus prevented from interfering with fitting of the nut, and after the nut 11 has passed the end of the pin is projected by the force of the spring 6 to lock the nut 11 into place.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the strength of a rigid body trolley wire against bending stress, expand an interval between both support points and simplify a fitting work without any need of welding. CONSTITUTION:A body 1 is constituted of an upper side 1a, two leg sides 1b and two ear-form sides 1c. Both leg sides 1b having a flexible thin wall section at the center of the upper side 1a are formed to be expanded externally for allowing the insertion and subsequent tightening of a trolley wire T with a bolt 5. At the joint of both bodies 1, a joint plate 4 is laid in contact with the leg sides 1b ranging over both bodies 1. The joint plate 4 has an waveform projection at the contact surface thereof, and is fixed to each corresponding leg side with a bolt 5. Separately, the joint plate 4 and a trolley wire may be fastened to a body unit of certain length, and a trolley wire unit may be fabricated at a workshop. In this case, each unit is only required to be jointed at a construction site.
