SOLUTION: Up and down paired rolls 1, 1' for feeding an optical fiber unit are rotatably attached to a frame 3 so as to abut respective treads 2, 2' and formed to be tuned at the same speed to reverse direction by a gear mechanism and approaches a rear end part 5 of a hollow pipe shaped guide 4 to the rolls 1, 1' on a horizontal extension line L of a contact point of the treads 2, 2' as much as possible and fix to the frame 3 and forms such that pressure force of the abut part of the rolls 1, 1' is adjustable and the gear mechanism is formed to stop when load of designated load or more is applied to the rolls 1, 1'.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress positional deviation in the vertical direction without contact by energizing a metallic wire rod in transportation in the longitudinal direction, adding a magnetic field in the horizontal direction and controlling the strength of the magnetic field so as to set positional deviation at zero. CONSTITUTION:Pinch rollers 31, 32 carry a wire rod 30 while permitting a DC current to flow to the rod 30. A cooling cylinder 33 cools the wire rod 30. A position arithmetic unit 9A calculates deviation from the position of the wire rod 30 detected by an image camera 3A, and it is sent to a control circuit 5A. The control circuit 5 issues an instruction to a coil driver 4A to perform pulse energization so as to set the position of the wire rod 30 at a target position. The magnetic field is set to strength to reduce the positional deviation to zero essentially in accordance with the size of the wire rod 30 and the positional deviation in a height direction. Therefore, an automatically adjusted current flows on an electromagnet 1A, and the wire rod 30 can be kept at the target position. A smilar operation is applied to electromagnets 1B-1F.

The cut rubber cords 2a are shifted in sequence along the rotation of the linear body shifting drum main body 3a, and they are dropped on a conveyor 8 when the holding bodies 4a are released.
