SOLUTION: A speech line is opened by a speech opening means 22 by receiving a call originated from an arbitrary call originating source without transmitting it to a telephone set 13 by an incoming detecting means 21, the input request of a password is outputted in voice from a request output means 23 by this speech line, the input of the password is detected by an input detecting means 24 and when the input of this password is detected, the telephone set 13 is called and connected to a speech line 12 by an incoming permitting means 25. Therefore, since only the call originating source, which answers the password, is connected to the telephone set 13, prank telephone calls or the like can be surely cut, and by previously reporting the password to the desired call originating source, the call originating source is connected to the telephone set 13.

SOLUTION: In a communication terminal 140 called by a user 1 being the calling source, a password is requested from the calling source and it is judged whether the incoming side corresponds to the call of the calling source in accordance with the collation result of a password returned from the calling source and a password that a user 2 holds. Thus, communication can be performed only by an opposite party sharing the password which is previously decided. The call from the calling source which does not have the password can be excluded and the user can comfortably use the communication terminal.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system that can efficiently process a phone call whose caller is not clear without taking much time. SOLUTION: When the system of this invention cannot confirm an ID of a caller of a phone call, this system requests the phone caller to enter a password in a DTMF(Dual Tone Multi-Frequencies). This system collates the entered password in this tone with a password programmed in this system. When the entered password is coincident with the password programmed in this system, the speech is processed depending on how this system is programmed to process the speech with respect to the password. There are a custom greeting (habitual greeting) method, a message limit method, and a screening on/off method or the like as possible processing methods. If the passwords are not coincident, this system rejects the acceptance of the speech.

Therefore, speech from the caller is held by the speech holding part 12, and it is confirmed that telephone is connected with the called party by the connection confirming part 15, and then speech from the caller is disconnected by the speech disconnecting part 16. Thus, speech between the speech mediating device 1 and the caller can be disconnected, and speech between the caller and the called party can be established, and speech between the caller and the called party can be established.

Thus, only specific calls in which the 1st and 2nd identification data are coincident with each other are permitted selectively.
