    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a uniform coated film in an inner surface of a tubule such as a uniform electron release film in an inner wall surface of a slender gas discharge tube.
      SOLUTION: The method for forming the uniform coated film in the inner surface of the tubule comprises steps of retaining the tubule in the vertical tubule, applying a coating solution including a solvent to reduce viscosity by heating into the inner surface of the tubule by passing the same trough the tubule, then drying the coating solution in the tubule while sequentially heating from the upper part to the bottom part of the tube with a heat source, adjusting the falling rate of the heat source so that the inner passage pore within the tubule is filled by the coating solution of which the viscosity has been reduced by heating the heat source during the heating and simultaneously sucking the inner passage pore from the downward so that the portion of the inner passage pore filled with the coating solution is transferred to the downward of the tubule.
