SOLUTION: The control unit finishes the braking force distribution control in response to a lapse of a predetermined time after the wheel speed or an estimated car body speed decreases to a predetermined speed just before the stop of the car body.

When giving the braking torque by the frictional braking means is started after giving the braking torques by this automatic brake control means is started, control is made so that the suppressing torque is held at a prescribed level by a torque suppression control means CL.
