The operating wire 14, retained to the lower part of the operating rod 8, is wound around the large diametral pulley 2 and is retained to the pulley 2 by a pin 15. Another operating wire 16 is retained to said pin 15 and the wire 16 is wound around the small diametral pulley 3, thereafter, is retained to the brake mechanism.
