SOLUTION: This device relates to a power bicycle whose frame can be folded and which is provided with a motor to compensate man power. In this power bicycle, a rear frame 3 is provided with a battery unit 32 provided with a display section 64 to indicate the residual quantity of electricity in batteries 63 and a display button 66 for letting the display section display the residual quantity of electricity in the battery in the upper section, and the upper part of a battery case is covered by a cover 35, to which a perspective plate 76 to see the display section 54 through it and an operation button 77 to push the button 66 are attached. Indirectly pushing the display button 66 through the operation button 77 can make it possible to display the residual quantity of electricity in the display section 64. Therefore, although the upper section of the battery case provided with the display button 66 is covered by the cover 35, the display button can be operated with ease. Covering the upper section of the buttery case by the cover 35 prevents the buttery case from becoming dirty due to the muddy water and dust fallen on the buttery case during running.
