    • PURPOSE:To surely maintain the soundness of a cooling base plate which has internally coolant flow passages by metallurgically joining the cooling base plate and a protective plate to the plasma side face of said base plate and further, joining a heat receiving plate to the plasma side of the protective plate. CONSTITUTION:The flow passages 102 for passing the coolant are formed to the cooling base plate 101 and the protective plate 103 is metallurgically joined to the base plate 101. The heat receiving plate 104 is fixed by an internal thread part 105 to the plate 103 and the thread part 105 is formed thinner than the other parts. The heat receiving plate 104 is bolted 106 to the plate 103. The heat receiving plate 104 in the part where the bolts 106 are screwed down is formed thin as well. Further, the top end face of the bolts 106 is recessed from the plane of the plate 104 in the screwed state of the bolts 106 to decrease the thermal load from plasma at the time of abnormal annihilation of the plasma on the bolts 106. An austenitic stainless steel is used for the material of the base plate 101, graphite for the protective plate 103 and a composite for the heat receiving plate 104 and the bolts 106. The weaving direction of the fibers of the composite is paralleled with the surface of the heat receiving plate 104 to prevent cracking.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a steam regulating valve which prevents air from going into a hydraulic system for driving and controlling the steam regulating valve and is free from the degradation of start-up properties of a steam turbine for driving a feed water pump even if air should go into the oil hydraulic system.
      SOLUTION: The controller for the steam regulating valve which is equipped with a feed water and turbine speed controller 10 that outputs an electro-hydraulic converter input signal after an actual speed signal and a feed water speed command of the steam turbine 3 for driving the feed water pump 2 for urgently supplying cooling water to a reactor 1 and an electro-hydraulic converter 12 for driving and controlling an hydraulic cylinder 13 after receiving the electro-hydraulic converter input signal and drives and controls the steam regulating valve 5 placed on the side of a steam inlet of the steam turbine 3 for driving the feed water pump 2 by the hydraulic cylinder 13 is so constituted that an oil system to the electro-hydraulic converter 12 is equipped with a feed oil drain pot 9 for removing the air getting into the oil system.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of sucking performance of operating oil and occurrence of cavitation in a main hydraulic pump by bleeding operating oil and accumulated air from an air bleed hole of the main hydraulic pump and making them flow into an oil cleaning system without human assistance.
      SOLUTION: The hydraulic pressure generating device 100 is configured so that the operating oil accumulated in an oil tank 1 is sucked into the main hydraulic pump 4 via an inlet pipe 2, hydraulic pressure is generated and the operating oil is fed to a hydraulic operation part 6, and the operating oil after doing its job in the hydraulic operation part 6 is returned to the oil tank 1 by a return pipe 7. The oil cleaning system 11 having a circulating hydraulic pump 8 and an oil cleaning filter device 9 are provided to the oil tank 1 via a circulating hydraulic pump inlet valve 10.
