摘要： PURPOSE:To surely maintain the soundness of a cooling base plate which has internally coolant flow passages by metallurgically joining the cooling base plate and a protective plate to the plasma side face of said base plate and further, joining a heat receiving plate to the plasma side of the protective plate. CONSTITUTION:The flow passages 102 for passing the coolant are formed to the cooling base plate 101 and the protective plate 103 is metallurgically joined to the base plate 101. The heat receiving plate 104 is fixed by an internal thread part 105 to the plate 103 and the thread part 105 is formed thinner than the other parts. The heat receiving plate 104 is bolted 106 to the plate 103. The heat receiving plate 104 in the part where the bolts 106 are screwed down is formed thin as well. Further, the top end face of the bolts 106 is recessed from the plane of the plate 104 in the screwed state of the bolts 106 to decrease the thermal load from plasma at the time of abnormal annihilation of the plasma on the bolts 106. An austenitic stainless steel is used for the material of the base plate 101, graphite for the protective plate 103 and a composite for the heat receiving plate 104 and the bolts 106. The weaving direction of the fibers of the composite is paralleled with the surface of the heat receiving plate 104 to prevent cracking.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the use of a copper alloy for a cooling path and to reduce electromagnetic force and radioactivity by heating and eliminating a section such as a carbon rod being inserted into a cooling plate that consists of ceramics. SOLUTION: For example, a tokamak type low radioactive nuclear fusion reactor has a cooling plate 6 where a cooling path 7 and a plasma opposing material 8 are provided in a vacuum container where reactor core plasma is sealed. The cooling plate 6 is formed, for example, by ceramics where silicon carbide is baked by hot press and has a high thermal conductivity and high insulation property, namely a thermal conductivity of 100 W/m.K or higher and an electrical resistivity of higher than 1 GΩ.cm. The cooling path 7 is formed, for example, by inserting a carbon rod in specific shape into oxidation atmosphere when baking the cooling plate 6 and performing heating and combustion in oxidation atmosphere. The plasma opposing material 8 is made of, for example, carbon/carbon composite and is brazed to the cooling plate 6 by a specific method after metallizing, for example, a Ti alloy to the inside of the cooling plate 6.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily perform exchange by instantaneously locally heating the connection part between an armor tile made of carbon fiber composite material and a diverter base, removing a damaged armor tile and heating a part thereof again and joining another armor tile for exchange. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency heating part 5 is carried in the inside of a vacuum vessel 3 through a long-distance induction wire 4 and attached to the edge of a robot arm 6 for furnace inside repairing. An arm 6 is operated and the heating part 5 is moved to the position of a damaged armor tile 1. Next, a high frequency is transmitted to a work coil of the heating part 5 with a high frequency power source 2 set in the outside of the vessel 3 and induction heating of the tile is conducted. Since in heating the surface temperature thereof is inclined to increase quicker than the temperature of a connection part, conduction of the power source 2 is repeated to cut off at several-seconds intervals, the difference between the surface temperature of the tile 1 and the temperature of the connection part is lessened and only a solder material of the connection part is melted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a highly densified graphite material having high thermal conductivity and low sputtering ratio by blending a carbon material such as coke or pitch with a boron composition such as B4C and heat-treating at high temperature. CONSTITUTION:Coke or pitch of raw material for use is blended with B4C powder to give mixed powder having a fixed particle size, which is molded under constant pressure, then heated to a high temperature and burnt at a fixed temperature. The burnt material is further heated, retained at a fixed temperature of 2,000 deg.C or higher and graphitized. Current is directly injected to the graphitized material and constant pressure is applied to the graphitized material while maintaining the heating temperature to carry out ultrahigh- temperature plastic processing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To measure tensile strength and bending strength at the same time by applying a tensile load on a test piece, and making the load act on the central part of the test piece in the mutually reverse directions with respect to an inner span roll and an outer span roll at the direction at a right angle with the tensile direction. CONSTITUTION:A test piece 11 having the shoulder part (R=135mm) of a gentle curve is used in order to avoid the concentration of stress. A tensile-load applying part 1 is formed of a roller follower 4, a tensile load cell 5, test piece chucks 6 and a hydraulic cylinder 7. A bending-load applying part 2 is formed of a bending load means 8 comprising one or two inner span rolls in contact with the central part of the test piece 17 and two outer span rolls holding the inner rolls, bending load cells 9 and a hydraulic cylinder 10. The hydraulic cylinders 7 and 10 are driven and controlled. The mutual interference of the respective loads is adjusted. Control is performed so that the respective adequate loads can be applied on the test piece.

(c) thereof to be added is regulated to 0 to 0.2at.%. Since the structure of this Ni-Al intermetallic compound is refined and uniformized, it is enough in ductility at a room temp. and is excellent in mechanical strength at a high temp.

摘要： PURPOSE:To use at high temperature under an inert gas atmosphere and cancel restriction for nuclear reactor operation conditions caused by a use temperature limit of a control rod by arranging a boron carbide sintered body integrated with an outer cylinder of the control rod in the inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:A control rod consists of an outer cylinder 1 thereof composed of a carbon composite material, a band for a control rod outer cylinder connection 3 and a cross joint for a connection band 4. Sintered boron carbide 2 is sealed as a control material in the inside of the outer cylinder 1 and integrated with the outer cylinder 1. Carbon fibers are cross-woven which is shaped in the form of the outer cylinder 1, the band 3 and the joint 4 by means of three- axes weaving respectively and dipped in coal tar pitch. Next, it is set in a vacuum heating furnace and held and influenced at specified temperature. Next, operation for heating at the specified temperature in vacuum is repeated to carbonize it and its density makes 2.0g/cm or more.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high efficiency and lower plant cost without loosing high safety common in a high temperature gas reactor power generation plant in generating power with nuclear energy. SOLUTION: The present system introduces high temperature/high pressure gas heated in a high temperature gas reactor 8 into a gas turbine 19 to drive a compressor 20 and a generator 21 and to generate electricity. The gas depressurized after using with the gas turbine 19 is pressurized with the compressor 20 to be high pressure gas, and the high pressure gas is returned to the high temperature gas reactor 8 to circulate for use in the constitution. In this case, the device has two dual structure of introduction and exhaust piping of high pressure gas in the reactor 8. The high pressure gas 29 from the compressor 20 after passing through the outside path of the dual introduction pipe 17 is heated in the core structure of the high temperature gas reactor 8, taken out through the outside path of the dual exhaust pipe 18, introduced again to the core of the high temperature gas reactor 8, heated, and taken out through the inside path of the introduction pipe 17. The obtained high temperature/ high pressure gas is supplied to the gas turbine 19.
