摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas range mounting an inner flame hole burner in which an inner supporting part for mounting a small diameter cooking utensil is prevented from touching a flame as much as possible. SOLUTION: A kettle holder 4 has a central space 16 for passing flame being blown up from an inner flame hole burner 2. The kettle holder 4 comprises a plurality of long and short pawls 13, 14 independently wherein a supporting part 17 for mounting a small pot 3a is provided at the inner end of the long pawl 13 while projecting upward and a supporting part 19 for mounting a standard pot 3b is provided at the inner end of the short pawl 14 while projecting upward. Upper end of the small pot supporting part 17 is lower than the upper end of the standard pot supporting part 19 and the difference thereof is set larger than the vertical width of flame. According to the arrangement, a flame spreading along the lower surface of the standard pot 3b does not touch the small pot supporting part 17 and generation of CO is suppressed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent spill in boiling from being stored in the inner part of an inwardly directed burner port plate or simply remove the spill in boiling stored therein by by removably providing an inner soup pan below the burner port of a ring shaped burner having inwardly directed burner port. SOLUTION: A burner part 23 comprises a ring shaped duct 24 for supplying the mixed gas of primary air and fuel gas and a hollow cylindrical burner port plate 25. Many burner ports 26 are bored in the range of about 1/3 to 1/2 near the upper part of the plate 25. Then, an engaging protrusion part 30 is substantially horizontally formed on the inner surface of the plate 25 and an inner soup pan 31 is engaged with the lower part of the flame burner port 26. The lower part of the plate 25 is covered with a burner seat 27 formed integrally with the duct 24. A ring shaped groove 28 is formed in the burner seat 27 and the leg parts 29 of the plate 25 are inserted thereinto. The groove 28 and the leg parts 29 prevent the leakage of the mixed gas in the duct 24 into the burner port plate 25.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent incomplete combustion by inserting a container for receiving juice having a flange part while an overflow port concurrently serving as ventilation port at a position below the upper end of the container to facilitate the treatment of juice boiled over. SOLUTION: Slit-shaped flame holes 3 are provided only at an upper part of the inner circumferential surface 2 of a horizontal ring-shaped burner body 1 having a blowby space 4 at the center thereof. A fuel gas containing primary air with an ideal mixing ratio of 70-100% is supplied inside through a mixing pipe 10. A cylindrical container 5 for receiving juice having a flange part 6 at the upper end thereof is detachably inserted below the flame holes 3 of the blowby space 4 at the center of the inward flame burner 1. In addition, a ventilation port of secondary air and an overflow port 7 concurrently serving as outflow port of the juice excessively boiled over are provided at a position below the upper end of the cylindrical container 5.

A guide face 51a, 52a, 53a for inclining the flow of mixed gas by a specified angle to the flame hole 2a side is provided at an upstream part of each protrusion 51, 52, 53. According to the arrangement, flame length at each flame hole can be made uniform during combustion.

SOLUTION: The upper surface part on the back side of a range table 10 forms a mount part 11, and the upper surface on the front side thereof forms a working surface 12. By performing rotation operation of a gas ignition plug 30, a gas is fed through an injection nozzle to a gas introduction part, and primary air is automatically sucked in a gas introduction part. Gas and primary air are mixed together and flow in an annular space, and injected through a through-opening to an internal space. Since a number of burner ports are formed in an inner cylinder part comprising an annular part, air is apt to be automatically sucked through a primary air suction hole. Gas is burnt in a small flame rising from the internal part of an inner cylinder part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat efficiency of a set burner. SOLUTION: This gas burner is constituted of large and small horizontal ring-shaped burners 2 and 3, each having flame holes on the inner circumference thereof. The small-diameter burner 3 is disposed in a blowby space at the center of the large-diameter burner 2 to supply a clearance 4 between both the burners 2 and 3 with secondary air from below by natural convection and the blowby space of the small-diameter burner 3 is cut by a closing member 5 off the secondary air from below, which allows setting of the optimum height of the flame of the small-diameter burner 3 sufficiently larger than the large-diameter burner 2. Therefore, the small-diameter burner 3 is installed at a position back from the large-diameter burner 3 to eliminate fear of burning loss of the small- diameter burner 3 as caused by the flame of the large-diameter burner 2 and moreover, the height of the flame can be set at a level to maximize the heat efficiency of both the burners 2 and 3.
